Dismantling of AC sheets (corrugated and semicorrugated etc) / single layer mangalore pattern tiles in roofing incl ridge tiles complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling the battens for tiles of any size including tiling fillets spaced exc 15cm c/c complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ridge to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dissmantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled Mild steel sections as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters, purlines fixed independently including welding all as specified and as directecd by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for as in roof incl tarfelt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with tarfelt including cement plaster from roof including parapets etc, and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 250m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding (level course) on roof incl finishing the cement concrete surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof and chajjas finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M &L for priming plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as per IS 3384 and providing water proofing treatment by applying 3.50 Kg/Sqm Actatic polypropylene (Advanced APP torch on membrane mineral finish) having polyester film reinforcement stabilized with fibre glass and finished on top with grey mineral slabs torch on system of thickness 3 mm by torch bonding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in approachable roof with the following courses of treatment : (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS3384) @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surface complete all as specified . (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based water proofing membrane 3mm thick polyster reinforced (3.50 Kg/Sqm) with 10 cm overlaps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with polyster fibre as per manufacturer instruction and finish the top surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Polyster fibre shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item).

Supply only Polyster Fibre . Make (RECRON 3S or equivalent) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming construction (Dummy) joints 10 mm deep and 6 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, tank stagging and similar works etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks n exc 500 Ltrs capacity and removing to store,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 500 ltr and n exc 1000 Ltrs capacity and removing to store,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxied primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/bushes etc from the roof / wall surfaces / AC sheets/soil pipes surrounding including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs /blankets any thickness, including cover fillets.

M&L for provn of false ceiling with anodised aluminium snap grid frame work with size of grid 600 x 600mm with aluminium main tee size 25 x25 x 1.6mm, cross tee of size 25 x 25 x 1.6mm and aluminium wall angle of size 25 x 25 x 1.8mm fixed to walll hanging from soffits\trusses\bracking using adjustable supporting hanger compressing of GI wire complete all as sepcified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4 mm thick, fixed or laid / inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework in ceiling with screws and preparing surface, applying two coats of painting OBD over a coat of primer. complete all as sepcified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
