NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- (i) The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates. (ii) The bidders / contractors are advised to quote same rate for same items as mentioned in Part-I, Part-II & Part-III if quored rates are different for same items, lower quoted rate shall be considered for same items as mentioned in Part-I, Part-II & Part-III. For this account nothing extra shall be admissible by this Deptt. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (DRAIN)

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No -1.02 but except bricks (using old size bricks obtained from item No - 1) (cleaning of brick from mortar included in quoted rate)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc n. exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, hold fast jamb etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes, etc.) set in cement mortar CM (1:4) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (HARDSTANDING/ PATH)

M&L for 150 thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding and finished the concrete surface even and rough complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding and finished the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Forming Contraction(Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and sprinkling, evenly shake on a ready mixed non metallic monolithic floor hardening compound with very hard granulates of mineral origin like Nitoflor Hardtop or equivalent floor hardening compound as sika/STP/Choksy over top concrete floor while it is in green condition at the rate of 3.0 Kg/Sqm as per specification and instructions of the manufacturer including leveling, smoothening by mechanical / power float, finishing, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (BARRICADING/COMPOUND WALL & GATE)

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No -3.01 but except bricks (using old size bricks obtained from item No - 1.01)

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation newly plastered surface of walls and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of old surface and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick Granite tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed 10mm thick in cement mortar CM (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing incl taking dow oldn stone with backing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250, Qalty - B complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only existing old grill, framed guard bar etc to any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surface over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing of stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
