Earth work excavation and depositing on the bank with initial lead and lift of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres in hard stiff stiff clay stiff block cotton hard red earth murram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soils (SS 20 B) etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc, complete as per SS

R.C.C.1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including Cost and conveyance and all labour charges for mixing laying finishing and curing etc complete but excluding cost of steel & Centering charges etc., complete as per SS

Supplying and erecting Steel Centering including necessary supports for plane sufaces in foundation and in all floors for RCC Column Beams , using mild steel sheets of suitable size 90cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with including all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or TMT rods, including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per SS. TNDSS NO: 97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6) VII-3

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using (One cement and five sand) using best quality of country bricks of size (8 3/4"x41/4"x 23/4" ) for foundation including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cm 1:3 mix (One Cement and Three Sand), 10mm thick cost and conveyance of all materials finishing, curing and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cm 1:4 mix (One Cement and Four Sand), 12mm thick cost and conveyance of all materials finishing, curing and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and fixing of mild steel grill works for windows, ventilators, etc including redoxide priming coat and cost of materials and all labour charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of apprved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per SS

Weathering course with concrete brocken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 well beaten with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers.

Terrace flooring with Hydraulic pressed tiles of size 20*20*2cm laid in c.m 1:3 (one cement three sand) mixed with crude oil 10 %, by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortor etc complete as per SS

Paving the floor with Plain/Design Ceramic tiles ( Colour and shade as directed ) of Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of cm 1:3 mix 20mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement ( white cement mixed with colouring pigment ) neatly and fixed in position so as to make it perfectly smooth and shining,to the alignment etc.complete complying with standared specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use in the works.

Supply, collection and filling of Gravel from approved quarry including all cost and conveyance to site, stacking them on road side to departmental gauge for the take premeasurement. Each layer not more than 15cm thick and consolidation properly etc complete. TNDSS No : 301 & 305

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch Box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for light point / Fan point - For Electronic Regulator (SD-24)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. (SD-38)

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450 mm (18") (SD-107)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. (SD-88)

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 150 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and laying Cement concrete Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block M40 grade of 80mm thick high strength type confirming IS 15658-2007 of required size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurrying bone pattern with stone dust cushion 100mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibrating the pavers, sweeping, transporting loading and unloading of paver block as per the standard specification.
