First Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Including honey comb brick one brick thick.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved srone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2Coarse sand and 4 aggregate) in Lintel band excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth (1:4) (iii) 1 cement: 4 fine Sand

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).(outer wall)

R.C.C. Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum) , between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :-Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
