Modular kitchen - Under counter storage cabinets: Providing and fixing factory made modular kitchen cabinets in modular type knockable cabinet boxes with openable shutters and sufficient number of drawers made of 18 mm thk. ISI Marked comm. ply , all ply to be laminated with 0.8 mm laminate.All shelves should be supported on approved quality SS pins and shall be adjustable for different heights as per requirements.Shutters and drawers fascia shall be at least 18mm thic with laminate on both sides with 18mm wide 2mm thick PVC edge banding, All Shutters finished in high gloss acrylic of approved make- Rehau,Ornare,Senosan. The cabinet boxes of floor units will be supported by 100mm height vertical adjustable legs (Hettich make) which will be covered with PVC skirting (Rehau or equivalent make ) in brushed aluminum finish attached by hardware of skirting. The unit shall be fixed to the floor/ wall/slab using metal screws of appropriate size and rawl plugs. Only front face area of cabinets and skirting from floor to top of boxes shall be considered for measurement and payment. Cabinet boxes size would be varies from 400X560X710MM to 1000X560X710MM (approx.) and join together as per site requirements etc.

Workstation - Providing and placing HNI make `Connect` Linear Workstation 1350 L x 600 W x 1200mm Ht with pedestal unit, Frame is 50 mm thick and made of vertical Aluminium Extrusions and Horizontal Steel Members of 1.2 mm to 1.5mm thickness. The System is complete hollow system with space for wire reticulation . All the frames will be duly powder coated . All the frames are fastened together by means of M6 NUTS and BOLTS . All the frames are fitted with M10 leveling bolts.board.Raceway :-The raceway cover are sliding type and are integrally fitting inside frame and are made out of 0.8mm - 1mm thick CRCA steel and powder coated. The electrical raceway can be provided below worktop or above worktop.The tables Should have metal inserts on underside for modularity. The screw used should be blunt headed and not sharp headed for metal to metal coupling . The partition has two integrated raceway provided one at skirting level and another at the work surface level thus ensuring separation of power and networking cables. The free space available within raceway accommodates power, data and communication cables. The cable can be taken into the Frame from the floor from the bottom. Tiles: Fabric Tile: Constructed out of 5mm thick Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF) and covered with Fabric of choice. Laminate Tile: Made out of 5mm - 8mm thick Pre-laminated Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF) . Bottom Row of Steel Tile: Constructed out of 0.8mm CRCA sheet and finished in epoxy powder coating. Can be given with plain / perforations / embossed finishes.Magnetic tile: Constructed out of 0.8mm Galvanized sheet and covered with fabric of choice. Whiteboard marker tiles: Made out of 4mm MDF with 1mm glossy highly wear resistant face laminate . Total thickness is 5mm. Table tops and Gable ends are of 25mm thk Pre-laminated particleboards conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade.The Worktops should have metal inserts on underside for modularity. The screw used should be blunt headed and not sharp headed for metal to metal coupling . Specially designed powder coated M.S. brackets having 2mm thickness fixed to the partition frame support the tabletops. Gable ends are of 25mm thk. both side laminate (BSL) with 2mm PVC edge banding on front side. Gable Ends are fixed with 3mm thick MS brackets to Frame and with 3mm thick Brackets to Worktops. Sealed edge in table top and gable ends are with2mm thick PVC edge banding on Working side and 0.8mm thick edge banding on non working side. Each Workstation has 3Drawer Pedestal unit of size 400mm L x 450mm D x 680mm made up of 18mm thk. Prelam particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade with 3 Drawer ( 2 Drawer plus 1 Filing ) with roller slide mechanism for 2 Drawers and Ball bearing slide for 1 Filng Unit . 10 year warranty .

Supply and Fixing of Glass partition of 12mm Toughened Glass using slim line System Frames clip in profile to a height of maximum 3000 MM or as per drawing.The Fixed glass to be fixed using BP45 Profiles at Top and Bottom and fixed frame cleat . The profile size to be 45x25MM to be fixed on to the floor/ ceiling as per the architect design. H Junction profile to be used at all Glass to Glass vertical joints, 90 Deg L Junction Profiles and T Junction profiles necessary as per design.In case of Glass overall panel MP45 and BP45 Overpanel Profile to be used. Door frame with alexa EP End Profile frame of size 45X50mm with seals suitable for Glass door Patch Fitting with Top and Bottom patch having standard L=3000mm suitable for double action glass door . The clip in profiles shall be suitable for Glass thickness of 12 mm .The Profile shall be matt natural anodized, the Profile Manufacturer to supply all the necessary clips, seals and fixing accessories for the system complete in all respect as per architectural drawings and the directions of Architect/Engineer-in-charge. All Profiles to be with 2 mm Gauge thickness Excluding 20 Micron of Anodizing. Approved Manufacturer complete in all all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
