Boring, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in cement concrete using mix 1:11/2:3 (1 cement, 11/2 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to carry safe working load not less than specified, including the cost of steel reingorcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap. (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to the bottom of pile cap).

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M-sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of Suitable embankment material in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Foundation and Basement

For Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 70mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and fixing of GI Pipes of following dia with one coat of red oxide primer including necessary screws, clamps, welding charges etc complete with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of Chain link fencing 1"x1" using10 Guage Galvanised Iron wire (of all sizes) including stiffner wire for fixing top and bottom and tying the fencing to the post with Aluminium binding wire etc complete complying with standard specification with necessary scaffolding arrangements.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density

Providing and applying primer coat over WMM surface using 6 kgs of bitumen emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc. complete as per clause 502 of MOST specification

Providing and applying tack coat over PC with WMM surface treated with prime coat using 2.5 kgs of emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc. complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous macadam 50mm consolidated thickness using 4% of bitumen 60/70 grades per clause 507 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 25mm consolidated thickness using 5.1% of bitumen 60/70 grade as per clause 512 of MORTH specification.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete perforated precast slab with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for drain cover slab . Rate shall include for providing necessary casting platform, shuttering, reinforcement as detailed below, finishing exposed faces smooth wherever necessary and pointing the joints with C.M 1:3, 15 mm thick curing and fixing in position etc complete and as directed. Rate shall include for providing necessary MS angles of required size based on the thickness of precast slab and to be fixed on the edges of the precast slab including grouting the lugs with Cement concrete 1:1.5:3, GI Hooks for lifting the slab etc complete, as directed for trench covers, drain covers etc.,

Labour charges for removing and refixing in position cement concrete rubber moulded paver blocks of 63mm thick the cost including labour for paving the precast inter locking blocks over required sand cushion including cost of sand cushion but including hire charges for vibratory machine and paving the blocks intrue and straight alignment with necessary gradient as directed by departmental officers.

PCC1:5:10, and Reinforced cement concrete Column of size 0.60x0.60x0.60mm using RCC 1:1 1/2:3 concrete placing in the foundations and inserted of J hooks with Base plate on the concrete surface including steel fabrication etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying anf fixing in position MS Gate of size 4.00m x2.50m using MS Rectangular tube section of size 80 x 40mm and 60x40mm with necessary furniture fittings such as MS Aldrop 200mm length 2Nos - Ornamental handle, 6Nos of Holdfasts etc.,finally finishing with Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide primer etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
