Dismantling and removal tiled floors laid in Cement Mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Ceramic floor tiles 30 x 30 cm in Cement Mortar 1:4 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 12 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 6 mm thick of 30 x 30 cm wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tilesincluding all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 110 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Medium class 25mm dia. G.I. pipes in walls, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 75 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Gate Valve at 32mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinnaware water closet of European type (White) of double trap syphonic with fibre cover including all fittings and necessary lead pipe jointing the trap with C.I. pipe, the pipe connection being embedded below floor level in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 including cost of fittings of low level flushing cistern with syphonic fitting tank of 12.5 litre capacity with inlet and over flow at bottom and connecting it with water supply pipe line and painting the pipe line with two coats of paint approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.
