SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT AF STN PUNE

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern roofing tiles or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wooden battens for tiles, shingles etc of any size including tiling fillets of spacing exc 15cm all complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling of any section in framed work in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class H/W clean sawn timber scantling as in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Ser Item No. 5.00 above but fixing only (Dismantled Timber scantling as obtained from Ser Item No 4.00 above) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Second class hard-wood Clean sawn battens at 30cm centres, sectional area exc 5 & nexc 15 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and gitth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Ser Item No 9.00 above but except tiles but including washing and cleaning old existing tiles and applying a coat of terra cota colour wash to match with new tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated MS sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with J/L hook & washer in roof, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275, including taking down old roof sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.80mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed), including taking down old plain sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses, rafters, purlins, posts etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges Type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

PROVN OF CERTAIN B/R WORK SERVICES AT STATION LOGISTICS SECTION AT AF STN PUNE

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description including cement concrete sub base and hard core of thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of guage n.exc 63 mm deposited spread and level laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken boulders complete all as specified and directed.

labour only for hard core obtained from Ser Item No 18 above complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type C-2 using 20mm graded agg as in sub base of floor 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 75 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' in floor surface of hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded agg) 40mm thick, including fixing of glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 40 mm wide Glass dividing strips 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Wear proof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardener), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardener) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Material for Metallic Floor Hardener shall be paid separately.)

Material supplied for Metallic floor hardener complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC Type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in bedding layer for floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20 mm thick as in floors set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the kota stone, including white marble in border (100 mm width) (size of kota stone n less than 55 cm x 55 cm) over 20mm thick cement screed of CM (1:4) and a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm including rubbing, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone n less than 18-20 mm thick jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the kota stone, fixed on vertical surface/skirting length of stone matching with floor, over 15 mm thick rough cement plaster to receive stone in CM (1:4) and a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm including roughening surface and including granite (mirror) polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment including cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4, using WPC complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rate included for WPC @ 300 gm per 50 Kg Bag of Cement)

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application with 10 cm overlaps and finally coating the surface with bituminous aluminum paint @ 100gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
