Checking and identifying complaints of window / split type ACs of any make and capacity and making it 100% functional complete all as specified and as directed Note: (a )Spares required for replacement for the functioning of the AC shall be measured and paid separately (under relevant item) as supply only. (b) Quoted rates includes labour cost for taking down old unserviceable items and fixing new one.

WINDOW TYPE AC Taking out the existing burnt/ unserviceable compressor unit from 2.0 /1.50 TR capacity of window type Airconditioner and replacing the same with factory built hermatically sealed compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials and welding and carry out leak test by charging with CO2 / dry nitrogen gas and arresting leakages if any by welding work etc., evacauting the system and charging of R-22 Refrigerant gas upto recommended level after ensuring leak proof condition and testing on completion for satisfactory result complete all as specified and as directed .

Servicing of Window type AC any capacity of any make / model by taking out the ACs, Cleaning of evaporating coil, condensing coil with water & brush to remove dust including cleaning of filter, greasing oiling of fan motor and checking of electric circuit for smooth functioning of ACs complete all as specified and as directed . Note: (i) Rate quoted deemed to include labour cost for taking down, repair and replacement of spares. (ii) The spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid Separately as supply only under relevant items of sch here-in-after.
