Bulk quantity order shall be placed on the manufacturers or its authorized agents who have successfully supplied the tendered item or its variants to Zonal Railways Production Unit (PU), CORE, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), other Government Department, or Public Listed Company in last three financial year and current financial year up to the date of tender opening.
