Demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron arrow, tee, bends and designs of various pattern as per requirement of site for gates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings also fastening, welding and fixing complete including dismantling/ taking down old existing all as specified & directed.

M&L in repairs precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 40 mm thick, fixed over boundry walls using two Nos vertical members of size 100 x 90 x 800 mm height and one Nos member surmounted over vertical members of jalli (like ropes of the same materials) including all moulding all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs RCC M-30 Grade approved Design Precast concrete post of size 150mm x 150mm x 2100 mm height, having two grooves of size 55 x 28 mm so as to receive 7 Nos of panels having size of 1500 mm x 300 mm x 50 mm thickness (1 Panel at bottom + 4 Design Panel bottom to top +1 Jafari type panel at top as approved by Engr-in Charge/GE). The post shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of 8 mm dia bars with 4 mm dia stirrups @ 150 mm C/C, panels shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of longitudinal bars of 6mm dia plain steel & 6mm plain MS stirrups @ 150 C/C all welded. The post shall be fixed to the ground by digging a hole of 300mm x 300mm x 600 mm and filled with PCC 1:3:6 after the post should be aligned in these holes, including removal of excavated earthwork outside MoD land. The post will be erected @1.615m C/C. Height of the pillar shall be 2700mm (600mm below the ground and 2100 mm above the GL) with any approved design by Engr-In-Charge all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth and nexc 10 sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed .

M&L for removing excavated material outside of MD land all as specified and directed .

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed.

All as per item No-8 above but except bricks. (Serviceable bricks obtained from Item No-1above to be reused.)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removed from site of work out side of MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed concrete and all other similar works including necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M&L 15-25 mm average thick Ready Mix Plaster in multy layer, mixed with liquid water proofing compound on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, including use of scaffolding all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

M&L PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, finished surfaces even and smooth all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forming moulds, mitered/stopped ends all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width of girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer all as specified and directed.

Use & waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exc 200mm thick all as specified & directed.

M&L mild steel bars TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, and all other similar works all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 900mmx600mm FRP manhole cover of 20 Ton loading capacity with frame over manhole coping concrete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of diameter 300 mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L 300 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed with collar all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for concrete bed to drain pipe 300 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drains/culverts including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI/ Steel covers by completely removing silt, soil, mud sludge, vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for width of drains exc. 30 cm but n.exc. 60 cm .

M&L 20mm thick Granite machine cut in, skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing and rounding if required all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site outside MoD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed finish chequred cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with gray cement and pigment) and laid over and including 15 mm thick in screed bed in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for any coloured vitrified heavy duty outdoor anti skid tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the primises out side of MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed digital ceramic wall tiles 300x450x7 mm / 300 x 600 x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles and rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs SS 304 grade stainless steel tubing (Square/Round/ Rectangular) of suitable gauge as in SS guard bars, railings, SS frame works including all fixing arrangments, including taking down of old SS guard railing all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and all other similar works, finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joints 30mm deep X 10mm wide with sealing compound grade A all as specified and directed.

M&L for MIXED CEMENT CONCRETE DELIVERED ON BUNKER M20 type 1, 1:11/2:3 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring and all other similar works all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; MS angle iron post and struts etc in fencing including posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F MS FI 40mmx6mm as in fencing post for security post with fencing wire mash including drilling, bolting with required nuts, bolts of reqd length conforming to Fe-410-0 & Fe 310-0 (nuts & bolts to be measured separately) all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm barbed at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at corssing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins all as specified and as directed (Each line of wire to be measured)

M&L MS screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10mm Dia with hexagonal head, at one and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal nut, length of bolts n.exc 5 cm long all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 450mm dia "Y" shaped, placed about 2.5 average and tied to GI barbed wire tied to angle made from high tensile spring steel high carbon wire confirming to IS -4454 hot dipped galvanised with dia stating 2.50 mm UTS 1670 N/mm2 heavy zinc coating with minimum 230 grams per sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down and refixing of chequred tiles of any type and size including prepration of sub base and also including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 , including taking out distrubed, loose or broken tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down and refixing of interlocking tiles including prepration of sub base and also including 25mm thick sand cushioning including watering and ramming (Compacted) and joints filled with sand all as specified and directed.
