Excavation of trenches by any means in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out, trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces top required level complete all as specified and as directed by E-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in each layer of solid complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n’exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement galvanized iron tubing 100mm bore medium grade with all ISI marked fittings laid in trenches floor/ road including taking out old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Gun Metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 40mm bore including taking down old valve complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Gun Metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 25mm bore including taking down old valve complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Gun Metal, globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 20mm bore including taking down old valve complete all specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick masonry valve pit of size 90cms x 90cms x 90cms (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC foundation to top of MS cover as shown on drgs with MS sheet cover 3 mm thick including frame of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm with locking arrangement including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in cement mortar 1:6 , 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (Internal and external) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil returning, filling in disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 metres, 15cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for base all as specified and shown in TD drawing. Note:- Note :- Drg for wall pit can be seen in office of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of CI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angles), tapers any type, Tee pieces single branch ‘Y’ Junction , double branch, cross (all sockets and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified. Note :-(Run lead joints etc shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for cutting of existing CI/GI pipe line of size 150mm/100mm dia bore (supply main) and making connection by inserting CI Tee/CI collar etc and connecting to new GI Pipe line 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Run lead joint, excavation earth work, CI specials measured and paid for separately)

M&L for rectifying leakage of GI pipe line including excavation in mud (not exc 0.7m x0.7mx0.7m) and making arrangement for dewatering by using electric/diesel pump/manual additional labour, taking out existing joint and making joint including providing all GI fittings i.e. socket, tee, elbow , nipples upto 6'' length,GI unions,Reducer (Except GI pipes) complete all as directed for following size of pipe lines:-

(a) 80 mm bore.

(b) 50 mm bore.

(c) 40 mm bore.

(d) up to 25 mm bore.

(e) up to 20 mm bore.

(f) up to 15 mm bore.

Note:- (a) The amount of Rs 1,75,390/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 109 & 110 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
