M&L Providing 40mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate .as in floors for levelling course and as in padding concrete on roof mixed with WPC of approved make where necessary all as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, minimum overlapping 10 cm on either side and 15 cm on ends lap over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finished with aluminum paint @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm all as per manufactures instruction and as directed by Engr-in charge. M & L 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound FOSROC's complast 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry for roof slab/ floor complete all as specified (liquid water proofing compound are measure seperately)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions on stone masonry surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
