SPL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL LT CABLE AND SECURITY STREET LIGHTS FOR SEWAR AREA AT BHARATPUR MIL STN

Taking down old unserviceable LT cable of size any size complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete of following sizes:-

All as per item No 7.00 above but size 16 sqmm X 4 core

All as per item No 7.00 but size 25 sqmm X 4 core

All as per item No 7.00 but 95 sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 7.00 but 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

All as per item No 7.00 but 185 sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 7.00 but 240 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and laying pipe galvanised medium grade complete including fittings of following sizes

Taking dismelting of old LT panel of any type complete all as specified.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing factory made (including CPRI test certified ) LT panel box (KIOSK) out door type mounted on MS angle ISA 40X40X5mm stand suitable for 415 volt , 3 phases, 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 400 amps rating installed on percelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & 2.0mm thick inner and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt/Amps meter.The complete feeder pillar box should be powder coated including connections between main bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCB shall be carried out by copper busbar 63Amps and above MCCB & below 63 Amps by 16 Sqmm copper cable. Front opening type with approach for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufacturers instruction with 2 Keys complete all as specified.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine complete all as specified.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 32X6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore from earth elelctrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on complete all as specified. Note :- The cost of funnel pipe of 20 mm GI light grade pipe and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI light grade is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Dismantling of existing RCC and Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22 (8.5 meter long) complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation and coping complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs highly efficient high power 60 W LED street light fitting with pressure die cast aluminium housing reflector and enclosed with heat resistant toughened glass IP66 protection AC 240 Volts 50 HZ refractive lens with suitable electronic drive PF > 0.9 complete including taking exiting unserviceable street light fitting.

Supply, install, test and commissioning factory made THERMOPLASTIC CABLE JUNCTION BOXES IP 66/67 “weather proof”, with terminals for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) of size 205 x 255 x 112 mm depth with cable entry size of 10-25 sqmm with terminal. Cat part No:KF 2525 G Make :-Hansel /Legrand/sintex or equivalent

S&F street light GI bracket of 1.2 mtr long made out of 32 mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape of 120 degree end welded at required including 02 Nos MS clamp of FL 40 x 6mm including nuts bolts & washers complete necessary fixing arrangements on pole complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement 4 sqmm solid conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular from junction box to fitting complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foudations, footings,columns, postd, pillars etc & in any location, complete all as specified. (Note:Reinforcement and dorm work will be measured and paid separetly).

M &L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length,bent to shape required, including cracking bending spirally forhooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm di or ecuring with clips etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT steel bars 8 mm dia as in strirups, spacers,binders cut length bent to shape required, including cracking binding spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm di or ecuring with clips etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concret foundations,footing,columns posts pillars etc and in any location for fair finished surfaces,complete all as specified.
