Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Pressed steel frames (of size 125x60mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, including stainless steel hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows with pressed steel frame made out of 1.25mm thick steel with one or more rebate with glazed shutters and fly proofing shutters including guard bars, hinges, peg stay, handles, tower bolts, lugs including treated with for or coat tar black paint on steel surface in contact/embeded in concrete/masonry work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick made of 2nd class hardwood Plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as specified and as directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S crews shall be paid separately)

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately. (ii) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (minimum thickness 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the coloured tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Virified Ceramic tiles double charge dark shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
