Printing and Supply of Answer booklets and OMR sheets pertaining to UG/PG examinations for the academic year 2026-27 to Bangalore University

Bidders should have executed Print and Supply of similar type of answer booklets up to at least 80% of the quantity mentioned in the tender schedule in a single tender/rate contracts to any State / Central Governments or Quasi Government Department or Undertaking / Universities / Boards / Colleges in any one of the last three years (For MSE Bidders 40% of the tender quantity)

The tenderer should have executed at least three supply orders of answer booklets with bar code /QR code printed on odd or even or all the pages of the answer booklets to any of the State/ Central Governments or Quasi Government Department or Undertaking / Universities / Boards / Colleges in the last five years

The Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a registered society

The Tenderer should furnish GST Registration Certificate and latest GST Clearance Certificate

Valid factory license

Copy of the PAN Card

The tenderer should have experience in colour offset printing with IBA certificate and with capacity of printing at least 50,000 answer booklets per day

The Registered firm should have its own fully fledged Printing Press to execute the work

The tenderer must have office within Bangalore City so that any support required is to be provided within two working days

The firm should submit 10 Samples of the answer booklet to the office of the Registrar (Evaluation) before the last date for submission of tender

The firm should be ISO (ISO-9001-2015) certified

Non-black list affidavit to be furnished

Technical Compliance

The bidder should have a turnover of at least 5 crores and above per year (50% with respect to MSEs) for the last three (Two with respect to MSEs) financial years (2024-25, 2023-24 and 2022-23)

Details of Income Tax Returns filed for the last three financial years (2024-25, 2023-24 and 2022-23)

Audited balance sheet and Profit and Loss account Statement for the last three Financial years (2024-25, 2023-24 and 2022-23)

Financial Solvency as reflected in the firm annual transaction statements/income tax statements/ Audited accounts for the last three years (2024-25, 2023-24 and 2022-23)
