1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width inmesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire ornuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction ofEngineer-in-charge.

Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieveouter dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Providing and laying hollow cement concrete block walling upto floor five level 100 mm thick consisting of hollow block of size 400x100x200 mm thick of mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 Coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand).

Structural steel frame work for fixing of GI chain link fencing with galvanized iron angle of size 50x50x6mm section for vertical post embedded in RCC work and GI flats 40x6mm thick fixed three horizontally and two diagonals for each panel fixed with screws, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position etc all complete.
