Repair to Bed Hard steel MAP FD/E6/MAP/08( R)
Removing the existing worn out UNSV Ply wood from Bed Hard steel MAP as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
Supply and fixing of ply wood commercial of size 7' x 3' x 12'mm thick BWR grade, Ist (mark kit ply (Vista) / Assam power / Anchor) on top frame with counter sunk screw with washer of required length all as specified and directed by Engineer - in-Charge.
Scraping of old paint from Bed Hard Steel and applying one coat of red oxied(Primer) paint and two coat of synthitic enamal paint of Black Colour by spry painting as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
Chair School with spl hand boardFD/E6/MAP/05
Removing the existing worn out UNSV PVC Seat and Hand board from chair school as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
Scraping of old paint from chair school and applying one coat of red oxied(Primer) paint and two coat of synthitic enamal paint of Black/Brown Colour by spry painting as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.
Supply and fixing of New PVC Seat as per existing size and shape of chair school fixed with steel frame with screw all as specified and directed by Engineer - in-Charge.
Supply and fixing of New Hand Board made out of Partical board as per existing size and shape of chair school fixed with handle of steel frame with screw all as specified and directed by Engineer - in-Charge.
Repair to Almirah large/med/small steel (FD-67, 243, 1031 and 1032 as under :-
Removing of UNSV 3 way locking device and providing / S&F of new locking device 3 way and fixing them to almirah large and making original shape complete welding to the almirah all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
All as per Item Ser No 3.01 above but for Almirah Medium/small.
Removing of UNSV hinges from shutters S&F of new hinges 75mm by welding properly to the shutters all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable locks and providing new locks of size 50 mm, 6 levers with stainless steel keys in duplicate for Almirah large / med / small steel with shelves and fixing them with existing 3 way locking system all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable locks and providing new locks of size 50 mm, 6 levers with stainless steel keys in duplicate for Almirah large / med / small steel with shelves and fixing them with existing 3 way locking system all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing unserviceable shelves of almirah large steel with shelves and providing new shelves, made out of 20 guage MS black sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer by means of spray painting & providing necessary cleats/nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
All as per item No 3.06 above, but for almirah Med / Small steel with shelves
Removing denting wherever required in almirah large / med / small steel with shelves complete all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Spray painting to both external & internal surfaces of almirah large steel with shelves with one coat of synthetic enamel paint in olive green colour including scaping and welding works, wherever necessary and applying putty and making smoothing of surfaces complete before painting all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
All as per item No 3.09 above but for almirah med /small Steel
Repair to Locker bed side Steel (FD-1029/1029(R)) as under :-
Removing of UNSV hinges from shutters S&F of new hinges 75mm by welding properly to the shutters all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Revolving UNSV Haps & staples from lockers S&F of new Haps & staples 75mm steel CP duly welded to the loccker shutters in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of UNSV Handles from lockers, S&F of new handles 100mm steel CP ('C' type) duly welded to the locker shutter in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of UNSV 3 way locking device from locker S&F of new locking device complete with 100mm steel CP handles duly fitted with nut and bolt/welding to the locker in original shape all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of unserviceable locks and providing new locks of size 50 mm, 6 levers with stainless steel keys in duplicate for locker bed side and fixing them with existing 3 way locking system all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing of UNSV Drawer and sliding chennel from locker bed side steel FD-1029( R) and supply and fix New Drawer with handle as per existing size and shape alongwith two nos of sliding channel all as specified on drawng and direced by Engr-in charge.
Material and labour for scraping of old paint & applying one coat of synthetic enamel olive green/steel gray paint over one coat of steel primer paint by spray painting, applying putty and making smoothing of surfaces complete before painting to the lockers steel inside and out side surfaces including legs all complete all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Repair to chair tubular with arms steel(FD-75m) as under :-
Removing unserviceabe / worn out seat frame form chair tubular steel with, arm and S&F new seat frame made out of second class hard wood duly cannned as Godrej Pattern. Remaning all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-chaarge.
All as per ser item No 5.01 above but for back rest frame only
Removing unserviceabe / worn out handle form chair tubular steel with arm and S&F new handle made out of second class hard wood duly two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L painting synthetic paint (Ordinary tint), ONE coat, to a steel frame of chair tubular steel with/without arm including preparation all as specified & directed by Engineer-in charge..
Repair to table office Clks steel (FD-DB-3988/1004) as under :-
Removing the UNSV table top and providing new top of size 1220mm length x 610mm width, made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board including 4mm thick teak beading all round the table top complete duly french polished all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge
Removing unserviceable locks and providing new drawer brass lock with stainless steel duplicate keys for tables all as specified on drawing and directed by Engineer-in charge
Removing the UNSV drawers and supply new drawer as per same specificition & size directed by Engineer-in charge
Rapair to Form without Back (FD-77/1027) as under :-
M&L welding frame of old form without back and making good condition for fixing of new wooden plank and apply one coat of synthetic enamel black paint and providing hard rubber shoes 04 Nos for each frame at leg side all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Removing old UNSV / Broken wooden plank and S&F new top made out of 25 mm thick 2nd class hardwood of size 1900 x 305 mm duly painted with golden brown enamel paint over one coat of wooden primer and fixed to the frame with suitable nut and screw all as per drawing and all as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Repair to chair tubular with out arms steel (FD-75M) as under :-
Removing unserviceabe / wornout seat frame form chair tubular steel without arm and S&F new seat frame made out of second class hard wood duly cannned as Godrej Pattern. Remaning all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
As per ser item No 8.01 above but for back frame only
Repair to charpoy Gi Pipe 32mm (FD-220) as under
Removing the existing worn out UNSV nylon neawr from charpoy GI Pipe as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Tightening of all loose parts check nuts, elbows, long rails and sort rails etc to hold the charpoy tight to original shape as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the unserviceable long rails of charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm med grade and replacing with new long rail of 32 mm dia med. grade GI pipe with ISI marked, duly threaded at both ends (Minimum 10 threads for each end) complete and all as specified and shown on drg.
Removing the unserviceable short rails from charpoy GI Pipe med. grade and converting in to short rail made out of GI pipes obtained from ser item No 9.03 above by cutting, threading into short rails (Minimum 10 threads for each end) fixing as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the unserviceable legs of charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia med. grade and converting into legs made out of GI pipes obtained from items No 9.03 & 9.04 above (long rail & short rail) by cutting to size of legs duly threaded at one end and other side base plate made out of 60 mm dia 3 mm thick MS sheets with proper and smooth welding remain same as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing the unserviceable Elbow GI 32 mm dia 3 way from charpoy GI Pipe frame. Supply and fix new Elbow 32 mm dia 3 way with ISI marked and as specified on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Removing unserviceable GI check nut 32 mm dia medium grade from charpoy GI Pipe. Supply & fix new 32 mm dia check nut all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Supply & fixing cleats of flat iron 40 mm x 6 mm thick (04 Nos per charpoy) not less than 50 mm long welded to short rail of GI Pipe including drilling of holes on each cleats for fixing the plywood with nut and Bolt and providing 03 No of stiffiners of MS square tube 25 x 25 x 1 mm thick between long to long rail duly drilling of three hole to each stiffner to fixed the plywood on it, providing 12 mm thick plywood commercial, BWR grade, ISI Mark make Kit Ply (Vista) / Assam Power / Anchor on top fixed to each cleat and stiffner with counter sunk nut bolt of required size 10 Nos Nut and bolt used for each charpoy to fixed the plywood all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
Repair to Misc Steel Furniture of all type (Welding Work)
Welding spot whever it required as verious steel furniture like Table, Chair,Rack, Bed etc to joined the leg or corners etc duly grainded and painted on perticular spot.
NOTE : - AMOUNT OF SCHEDULE OF CREDIT RS 43,705.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT OF BOQ.
