Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of MS grills for reinforcement rate inc. the cost of steel for all works (the rate to include cost of binding wire also).

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary support for plain surface such as R.c.c boxing side slab and smilar r.c.c slap with all cross bracing etc.complete in all floors of any height.(The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid

Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits and strutting For plain surface such as reinforced cement concrete slap "T" or "L" beam lintel bed block staircase waist slap , landing slap canopy etc . complete in all floors of any height.(The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement add three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete., Terrace Flooring

Fabrication supply and fixing of steel door made of 40x40x6mm MS angle for outer frame and shutter made out of 35x35x6mm MS angle with necessary stiffness 32x6mm and flats at 30cm interval and necessary cross diagonal MS flats. The shutter frame should be fully covered by 18G GR sheet and provided with required locking arrangements and one coat of red oxide paint and primer etc…(1.00mx2.10m)

Fabrication supply and fixing of steel window made of 40x40x6mm MS angle for outer frame and shutter made out of 35x35x6mm MS angle with necessary stiffness 32x6mm and flats at 30cm interval and necessary cross diagonal MS flats. Supplying and Fixing of cudappah slab 20-30mm thick.

Paving the floor with Paving hydraulic tiles of size tiles of approved quality and colour of size 20x20x2cm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar1:3 (one cemen tthree sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm.
