M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B1 in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete PCC (1;2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame Set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid grade conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed. (Pidiproof of Dr.fixit or equivalent)

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts Diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work confirming to Fe 410 -W quality A as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D2,1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of PCC floor/path complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced ) of any description and in any position not exceeding 15 cm thick, including removal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size nconfirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 25mm thick sand filling layer well rammed and compacted complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for pre polished cement concrete chequred tile with grey cement and no pigment of approved quality size 300X300X 25mm thick on floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in two layers of 10mm thick and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkai resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 2,10,800.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 23). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
