M&L for preparation of old painted wood surfaces of any description having width/ girth execeeding 10cm and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of soffits of slabs, chajja, facia and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height (upto 10M) and in any sitution, including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and fixing in position and with provision of weld mesh, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in CM 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of arylic resistant primer to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(weld mesh measured and paid sepatrtely) Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. Material and labour for screed bed layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separetly under respective item.

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete (i) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Laying evenly over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3kg /Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Application of 7 Layer Solar IR Heat Reflective Waterproofing Coating System on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preparation to remove dust, dirt, molds etc using steel wire brush/power brush, high pressure water jet as applicable, opening the cracks, and then applying the entire surface with one absorption coat of nano modified, UV resistant non-styrene elastomeric clear coating having min. 50% solids (i.e. Thermacool WP51) then filling the cracks with waterproofing putty and then overcoating with a sandwich waterproofing Coat of Thermacool WP51 + Cement mixture having non-woven fibre mesh of min. 80 GSM followed by an additional elastomeric waterproofing coat (i.e. Thermacool WP51 + cement) having +450% Elongation, Tensile Strength min. 2.2 MPa and then top-coating with 2 Coats of pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) Solar IR Heat Reflective coating conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 (i.e. Thermacool 0.3C) with pull off adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 coat, dft 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless as applicable or equivalent make or guidelines of similar product mentioned below. The application to be done by manufacturer approved applicators only.
