| 1.01 | Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of STP Air Purification system (Odor scrubber system- OSS) suitable for MBR Type STP of 1000 KLD (2 X 500 = 1000 KLD) located at basement of NTB, Patna Airport that shall consists of nanoX (Volume not less than 0.680m³ +- 5%), plasmOX and dry scrubbing GreenPro certified chemisorptive media contained in a linear & uniform medium density, UV stabilized polyethylene drum HDPE with a blower mounted on top/ side of lid having suitable CFM Capacity for the STP. The chemisorptive media shall consist of manufactured, generally cylindrical porous pellets and resins. The pellets shall be formed from a combination of coconut shell based activated carbon with chemicals to enhance the capacity for removal of odorous gases along with resins. The pellets shall also chemically react to produce solid reaction products within the media. Reactive Components shall be applied during pellet formation to insure uniform distribution throughout the entire pellet volume. The chemisorptive media shall be non in-falamable. The media shall be certified by green pro. The nanoX & plasmOX chamber based on Advanced oxidation technology shall be certified for human safety from IIT and also be TUV, FICCI and green pro certified. The details of the nanoX chamber of 5 rare metals shall be submitted along with MSDS at the time of dispatch. The OSS Air Purification system shall be designed to operate at minimum of 95% gas removal efficiencies. The configuration shall be arranged so that the contaminated air shall flow into the bottom inlet plenum and be drawn upwards/Horizontal through the media bed. The intake section shall consist of nanoX system with 42 watts plasmOX ions needle system having releasing ions greater than 10^6 +/- and 12 pins. The Treated air shall be discharged from the top of the vessel through a centrifugal air blower or vice versa depending upon the site specifications. The OSS shall be drum shaped/ vertical type. The blower shall be sized to deliver required air flow that shall consist of a direct drive/belt drive motor-fan assembly with the motor 230/415 volt 1 /3 phase/ 50 Hz Class, TEFC. The Air Purification system unit to be compact and in ready-made condition which could be with field wired. The Odor scrubber system shall blend chemical media coated with microbiological coating EPA approved along woith resins to kills the biological contaminants on the surface of the media. The OEM manufacturer shall have an media life analysis center in India and shall be operational for last 5 years.
