DOUBLE SKIN PARTITION Providing and fixing of Gypsum Dry wall Double skin partition of 75 mm thick and the partition shall be of one layers of tapered edge 12.5mm thk Gyp board screw fixed with dry wall screw of 25mm at 300mm c/c to either side of 48mm studs. GI steel sections to be placed at 610 mm c/c in 50mm floor and ceiling channel 0.55mm thick having equal flanges of 32mm made of GI steel with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint paper and 2 coats of Drywall top Coat suitable for Gypsum upto primer level. PATCH FITTING GLASS DOOR Providing and fixing of fixed glass door with openable shutters using 12mm thick toughened glass. The fixed glass shall be fixed in position using PT patch fittings like PT 90/ PT 92 of Dorma make. The openable doors shall be fixed using top pivot PT 24, Top patch PT 20, bottom patch PT 10, corner lock US 10 with SS cover plates. The doors shall be fixed on floor spring model BTS 75V with SS cover plate. Pull handle shall be of size 600mm height x 32mm dia TGDI H 600. Necessary holes cutouts. etc to be provided as required. Cost to include drilling, cutting, necessary sealants, transportation etc in complete. EPOXY FLOORING THICKNESS 3MM – OVER EXISTING TILE FLOORING (i) Substrate Requirements :The Concrete or screed substrate should be a minimum of 25N/ mm2, free from laitance, dust and other contamination. The substrate should be surface dry and moisture shall be < 5%, and free from rising damp and ground water pressure. Grinding and remove all the dust foreign materials. No additional payement is payable for surface preparation.

(ii) Primer : Supply and apply of Epoxy primer over the prepared suraface and allow it to dry .

(iii) Epoxy Under lay :- Providing and applying of Apcoflor LSC 3 or equivalent , Providing and Applying 2.0mm thick over the primed substrate using Apcoflor LSC 3 or equivalent , 3 Component, satin finish, self-smoothing, Non-tainting and non-dusting, Hard-wearing, Abrasion resistant, High chemical resistance grade available .Typical uses in dry process areas subject to medium duty traffic include clean rooms requirements , Apcoflor LSC 3 or equivalent shall be laid at using notch tools followed by spike roll to release all entraped voids and the fully cured topping shall exhibits the typical properties as mentioned in the technical specification on the performance critiria. and complete strictly following the coverage and methodology.

(iv) Supply mixing and applying a Apco floor SL Epoxy or equivalent, is a self-smoothing epoxy resin floor finish applied at 1 mm thickness over the Epoxy underaly . Notch shall be used to spread the mixed Epoxy followed by the spike rolling to release the entraped air,the cured topping shall attain the following properties . complete as per the manufacturer instruction.

INNER WALL ANTI FUNGAL PAINTING Supplying and laying low VOC / Odorless Acrylic Emulsion Anti fungal Paint for inner wall Eco friendly, Surface preparation remove lose paints,dust,oil by wire brushing/ scraping, wash with mild bleach solutions or fungicidal wash to kill fungal spores, allow to dry completely for 4 to 6 hrs. Fill cracks/ holes with cement based two coat putty, smooth-en with sandpapers, and apply one coats primer and two coats anti-fungal paint water based,washable with matte/ silky finish, Rate including materials,labors,transport and tools and tackles etc., complete. as per direction engineer in charge.
