OUTDOOR UNIT: Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R-410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI conditions and work even at 50 degree Centigrade ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. (Acceptable make: Daikin / LG / BlueStar / Toshiba / Carrier / O'General / Mitsubishi / Voltas)

INDOOR UNIT CASSETTE TYPE: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity 4 - way flow VRV / VRF cassette type indoor ceiling mounted unit (including removing, cutting as per shape and re-fixing of existing false celing) equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan / dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drain pump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation, cordless remote control (with batteries) etc., suitable for operation on single phase 230 V±10%, 50 Hz ac supply, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shutdown provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS system. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 degree centigrade dry bulb (DB) an 19 degree centigrade wet bulb (WB) temperature. (Make of the indoor unit shall be same as outdoor unit as per item no. 1)

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc as required. Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of 16 HP & 12 HP VRF / VRV Type AC unit including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire AC units during the defect liability period of 1 year after date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. (No payment shall be made separately for this period): 1st Year

Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of 16 HP & 12 HP VRF / VRV Type AC unit including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire AC units after defect liability period of 1 year from the date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. Any breakdown shall be attended within 4 hours of reporting. Spare parts required during breakdown maintenance shall be arranged and replaced by the Contractor. This is applicable for the whole system of AC units installed. (N.B.: 01 Job means during a period of one year)
