MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XVII) (A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing flame proof sheet metal enclosure MCB distributiion box single pole & neutral 240 Volts 8 way suitable for hazardous area laden with gases/vapour of Group II (A) and ii(B) as per IS 2148/1984 encl as per IP-55 degree of protection and as per IS 2147/1962 made out of cast of aluminium alloy LM-06 having earthing neutral terminal and in and including following complete all as specified and directed.:- (i) MCB SPN 240 Volt, 10 kA 'C' Curve 32 Amp-01 No (Incoming) (ii) MCB SP 6 Amp 10 kA 'C' Curve 32 Amp-05 Nos (Outgoing)

(B) SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

M&L for construction of 10 users LLPDE Conventional Septic Tank with upflow filter including media designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of soil in foundation in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) brick masonry in CM (1:4) RCC (M-30 design Mix) slab including cast iron manhole cover having 6mm embeded plate embeded all around with angle iron frame vent shaft etc. complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

M&L for construction of soakage well of 1.8m internal dia and 3.00m deep below inlet level including foundation in PCC (1:3:6), necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, well of honey combed and solid in M-30 concrete, SWG inlet pipe junction 150mm bore, intercepting chamber, screen chamber brick work CM (1:6), RCC cover slab in M-30 filling with brick bats of guage 40 to 60mm, including all other relevent works, removal of surplus soul from site complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

(C) SECURITY WALL WORKS

S&F Punched tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and dia 600mm, max covered length 8.0RM, and weight not less than 8.0 Kg (approx) each coil, spreading length not more than 8.0RM in position complete all as specified and directed.

(D) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply & Fixing of LED Street Light Fitting 72 Watt 230 V AC Outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing of Security Light Bracket made of GI tubing 40mm dia light grade 1.2 mtr long bend to shape suitable for LED street light fitting as mentioned above fixed to pole with the help of flat iron clamp of size 40 x 6 mm (02 Nos.) with the help of nuts and bots for fixing of street light fitting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, testing and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled copper wounded, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 30 KVA including bypass arrangement and including steps,plinth protection, cable duct complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The Voltage stabliser shall have atleast 24 months (working period) of warranty.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically, fixing and testing of Street Light junction box made of size 155x210x92 mm, pole mounted made up of thermo plastic polycarbonate sheet 2mm thick with IP 66/67 weather proof protection for outdoor installation (with knockouts of cable entry) with terminals and locking screw fitted with 3 phase 4 wire with neutral copper Bus Bar, 415 Volts, 50 Hz and 6A MCB SP 'C' Curve type, suitable for cables off sizes and fixing on steel tubular pole at height not less than 1.5m above ground level with the help of clamps two Nos. of MS Fl 20 x 3mm and suitable nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (prototype having been CPRI type test certified), out door LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of Amps rating as specified installed, on polymer insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally and internally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front /Rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with two layers of Sheet Metal Cover (should have one set of doors on inside and one set of doors outside), capable of withstanding snow and rain at installation site with maintainence proof design, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, having one chamber with door for each MCCB, having two empty chambers for future use, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size incl the provision of space to accommodate the under mentioned items. Supply installation,connecting, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz 440 volts out door type bus bar enclosure 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.4mtr size compartmentalised cubical type with canopy, dust and vermin proof free standing floor mounting type mounted on and including 1:3:6 PCC platform with required mounting channel feeder pillar box fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly pretreated and powder coated factory fabricated including cable glands of suitable sizes and consisting of the following ;- (a) Aluminium bas bar 100 amps - 04 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 10 KVA Air/liquid Cooled silent DG Set comprising of developing minimum 12.5 BHP @1500 RPM 10 KVA ,Alternator rated at three phase,415 volts,50 Hz 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS Base frame complete with MS fuel Tank, with idential AMF panel exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on baseframe, 01 Nos 12 Volts Battery, battery leads, 1st fill of Lube oil all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside power house upto 1 mtr, AVM pads foundations as per manufacure design battery start with suitable size of cable for connecting upto panel board . DG Set should be capable of operating in temperture range (-25* C to + 35*C) fitted with Cold starting kit with and including the following .

(A) Prime mover Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity air/water cooled closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-8528-1 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24hrs continuously with 10% over loading for one hrs continuously in every 12 hrs as per BS -649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting and mounted on common base frame with following fittings. (a) RPM cum hour meter (b) Barttery charging Ammeter (c) ignition key and starting with push button switch (d) Lubricating Oil pressure gauge (e) Electronic governor controlling Oil temo gauge (g) 24 Volts starting equipment comprising of the following fittings (i)12 V Battery,180 AH (ii) Battery charging alternator (iii) Self starting of suitable capacity (iv) Battery leads of copper cable with brass thimbles and terminals. (v) starting gear engine.

(D) Other fittings (i)Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes , capacitor and resistances etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all times whenever the electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) In built Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturers instructions capable for 12 hrs running of DG Set inside the canopy base with all connecting pipes upto fuel pump and including oil level indicating gauge drain air vent plug etc. (Note : The rates of this items including the commissioning & testing complete (POL for DG Set testing will be issued by MES)

Material and labour for three single core PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor flexible cable drawn into street pole of size 1.5 sqmm for connection or security/street light fitting from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made and tested street light panel suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz Ac supply system, having 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of suitable frame size, maximum load of 5 KW, 24 hrs digital timmer, contractor rating 20 Amps (TP), front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with single door shutter and locking arrangements, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size including the provision of space to accomodate the undermentioned items. The scope of works includes the following :- (a) MCB 32 Amp TPN-01 Nos (b) Protection Relay - 01 Nos (c) Time relay -01 Nos (d) Voltmeter - 0 to 500 volts (voltmeter and PF meter shall be protected by MCB).
