CHARPOY GI PIPE HARD PLY TOP

(a) Removing unserviceable plywood from charpoy GI pipe, S & F new commercial ply wood 7 ply of size 1980 x 900mmx 12mm thick BWR grade, in one piece(an approved product of BIS having ISI certification mark IS-303) with 10 Nos of semi circular top bolt of 6mm dia 75mm long and nut with galvanised steel washers for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes & following arrangements complete all as specified and shown on drawing (Make of ply wood : century,sainik, kitply )

(b) (i) Taking out old broken/unserviceable 28cm MS hollow tube S & F 4 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge of length not less than 28cm each welded with fillet weld all around 3 mm thick to GI pipe charpoy at cornner to support plywood all as direction of Engr in charge . (ii) Taking out old broken/unserviceable 83.6cm MS hollow tube S & F 2 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge of length not less than 83.6cm each welded with fillet weld all around 3mm thick to long rails of GI pipe charpoy at equal space to support plywood all as shown on drawing. making holes for fixing with nuts( 2Nos nuts,bolts and washer for each hole), bolts and washers duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (Make : asian, berger , Nerolack) (Make of MS Tube TATA Steel, Bhushan Steel, Jindal)

(c) Removing unserviceable loose check nuts, elbows, S & F new check nuts, elbows as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:Jindal or as specified ISI Brand .

RECANING OF VARIOUS TYPE OF WOODEN CHAIRS :-

(a) Taking down old cane from the all type of chairs such as Chair Dining /Chair Writing, chair easy/Side chairs of each CB, Stool dressing and re-canning with 2 to 2.5 mm wide half round newplastic cane in Godrej pattern with three stands into central holes both way (In place of two another holes) using minimum weight of cane complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in Charge.( MAKE of cane palstic : saha / premiun brand)

CHAIR WRITING

(a) Dismantiling care fully and taking out unsv arms and supply and fixing new pu arms best quality of as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Taking out old/unserviciable seat and supply & fixed new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with new cushion made out of 50mm thick foam of 40 density including cutting and stitching and finally covering the entire foam with rexine cloth, of approved shade and colour complete all as direced by Engr-in- Charge.ll as shown on drawing.

(c) All as above but unserviciable back complete. Note : (i) Quoted rate is insclusive for two coats of painting with enamel black paint with frame structure (ii) Rexine cloth used shall not be less then Rs250/- PM (III) Quoted rate inculisive for gresssing of reqd portaion.

(a) Dismantiling care fully and taking out unsv arms and supply and fixing new pu arms best quality of as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Dismantiling care fully and taking out unsv hydroulic piston and supply and fixing new hydroulic piston of best quality as approved by GE l as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Dismantiling care fully and taking out unsv Base frame and supply and fixing new base frame as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Dismantiling care fully and taking out unsv Wheels and supply and fixing new wheels of best quality as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Dismantiling care fully and taking out unsv locking machine and supply and fixing new locking machine all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Taking out unsv cloth and cushion from seat chair revolving and supply and fixing new cushion made out of 50mm thick foam of 40 density including cutting and stitching and finally covering the entire foam with tapestory cloth, of approved shade and colour complete all as direced by Engr-in- Charge.

(g) Taking out unsv cloth and cushion from back chair revolving and supply and fixing new cushion made out of 50mm thick foam of 40 density including cutting and stiiching and finally covering the entire foam with tapestry cloth, of approved shade and colour complete all as direced by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- (i) Quoted rate is inclusive for two coats of painting with enamel black paint for with frame structure. (ii) Tapestry cloth rate shall not be less than Rs 180 per meter as approved by GE. (iii) Quoted rate is inclusive for greesing of springs and revolving portion.

CHAIR VERNDAH

(a) Taking out existing unserviceable cane plastic including preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) and re- caning with new plastic cane 4 mm wide half round of best quality in matt pattern. Complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer –in Charge. (MAKE of cane palstic : saha / premiun brand )

(b) Preparation of old steel surface of chairs varandah and welding loose joints, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with brush one coat of synthetic enameled white paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. make : asian , nerolac

SOFA SET 5 SEATER

(a) Taking out old broken/unserviceable arm of sofa set 5 seater and supply & fixing new arm of suitable size made out of Ist class hard wood (MP Teak) including preparation of new surfaces and applying high gloss French polish to match with the existing colour complete.

(b) All as per item No. 5 (a) above but broken front leg complete.

(c) All as per item No. 5 (a) above but broken rear leg complete.

(d) All as per item No. 5 (a) above but broken long rail complete.

(e) All as per item No. 5 (a) above but broken back rail of back pieces complete.

(f) Supply and fixing 100 MM thick foam 32 densicty for back of Sofa set including cutting & stitching new lining cloth & finally covering the entire foam with tepestry cloth shade & colour as approved complete all as directed by Engineer - in-Charge. Make of cushion Sleepwell , featherfom, Godrej

(g) --ditto-- but 100MM thick foam 40 density for sheet of sofaset.
