Biennial Rate Contract for deweeding and grass cutting inside Switch Yard premises at Power Station II of TCFHP at Haptiagachh, in the district of Uttar Dinajpur.

Uprooting of grass . jungles ,shrubs etc. manually (in the area covered by gravel) within 132 KV & 33 KV Switchyard areas and its fencing at Power Station-II of TCFHP including properly disposing dried vegetation outside premises as per direction of the Controlling Officer including cost of all materials tools, labour, CESS etc. and all incidental charges complete. This work involves total 16 operations in 2 years (i.e. @ 8 operations in a year). Each operation should be completed within 7 days from the date of start. Area per operation shall be 12050 SQM.

Supplying and spraying of 41% herbicide inside switchyard premises of both 132 KV & 33 KV areas at Power Station-II of TCFHP and removal of dry roots, grasses, bushes, vegetation etc. from the premises and disposal of the same outside the switchyard boundaryas per direction of Controling Officer including cost of all materials ,tools. labour, CESS etc. and all incidental charges complete. This work involves total 16 operations in 2 years (i.e. @ 8 operations in a year). Each operation should be completed within 7 days from the date of start. Area per operation shall be 10850 SQM.
