Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide ,depth exc. 1.5m but n.exc. 3.00m for foundation, etc. or for laying/taking out cables etc.n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out , all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified

Material and labour for dry sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed.Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for bricks common burnt old size sub class `B' bricks laid dry for cable protection flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and jointing testing and commisioning in replacement XLPE LT UG Cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole/wall etc Make of LT UG Cable- Havells / KEI/ Polycab/Grandlay and including taking down old unserviceable cables complete all as specified and directed of following sizes :-

Cross sectional area 3.5 core 95 Sqmm

Supply & lay GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia bore in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed. Make :- Prakash surya/Jindal/Tata

M & L in replacement of Steel tubular swagged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtrs long) duly painted with aluminium paint two coat over a coat of red oxide primer including of GI Brackets with GI pipe medium grade 32 mm dia 1.5 mtr long with 02 nos clamp made out of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm of suitable size fixed with bolts,nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note:- Earth work ,PCC for foundation and PCC for coping will be measured and paid separetly under their respective items)

Material and labour in replacement for erection of Stay assembly 14mm dia galvanised stay bow with stay rod 20 mm dia with nuts, bolts and washers , Flat iron clamps complete with accessories including loop Type insulator vitrous porcelain ,white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90 x140 mm and Galvanised stay strand, 7/4mm complete from pole to stay assy as shown in electrical plate No. 1. complete all as per electrical plate No 1 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Excavation and concrete measured separately)

M & L in repair for cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pole foundation including dismanting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pole coping in shape of round/square including dismanting complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cms in width and not exceeding 60 cms in depth for laying of LT UG cable protection pipe line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT over head line for repairs, restretching of 4/5 nos ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rewinding to the insulators using aluminium/GI wire all as required at site or directed. Note:- Distance between two poles irrespective of no of lengths of conductor shall be considered as a single span.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches clearing 5 metres horizontal and 5 metres vertical distance from both sides of conductor including removing branches from site, complete all as specified & directed.Note:- (i) Clearing branches from both sides of conductor in between two consequtive poles shall be considered as one span irrespective of distance between poles.(ii) Cost of T&P required for cutting and removing branches shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by bidder.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor in replacement of (Weasel/ Ferret) on on LT over head line securing on pole complete including necessary binding work, jumpering, PG clamp, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule etc and including taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified & directed. Make:-Bharat conductor /ICC /Alind (Note :- (a) Rate is inclusive of jumper on cut point/2 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeve.

Outdoor type factory made bus bar chamber of size 0.75x0.45x0.40 metres depth made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with 4 No's aluminium bus bars of capacity 200 Amps,with colour code supported on insulators,including phase indicator R Y B , internally prewired having locking arrangement, handle, provision of suitable hole at bottom for incoming and outgoing under ground cables, panel having angle iron frame made of 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle iron and 50 cms long legs made of 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle embedded upto 20 cms in PCC & 30 cms clear above ground complete including painting with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exterior and interior faces, errection of Bus Bar chamber duly grouted in PCC M-15, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and inclduing GI Strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion inclduing excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and directed with earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS. Note- In case earth resistance more than 1.0 ohms, the contractor wiil re earthing at no extra cost.

M&L for line seperator 3 phase 4 wire to making suitable gap in between LT line conductor with nuts bolts,washer complete all fixing accessories.all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for repairs to outdoor / indoor type Feeder Pillar box of any capacity / size by replacing pitted portion not exc 1 Sq Mtr with suitable gauge of MS Sheet, welding work, replacement of unserviceable door hinges and locking arrangement, dressing of necessary electrical connections such as replacement of brunt thimbles,insulation tape,reconnection of cable connections etc and incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint smoke gray over and incl a one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
