REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF 33 KV MAIN RECEIVING STATION YARD AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT KIRBY UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE (U) ELECT SUPPLY DELHI CANTT-10

M & L for carrying out following onsite tests for 33 / 11 KV Transformer of any capacity with required / suitable testing equipment by qualified and licensed personal, recording test results and submitted to GE to keep on record duly signed by all concerned complete all as specified and as directed: [a] IR Test [b] PI [c] Magnetic Balance Test [d] Ratio test [e] Di-electric Test of Oil [f] Short Circuit Test [g] Vector Group [h] Winding Resistance

M & L for carrying out following onsite tests for 11 / 0.433 KV Transformer of 100 KVA capacity with required / suitable testing equipment by qualified and licensed personal, recording test results and submitted to GE to keep on record duly signed by all concerned complete all as specified and as directed: [a] IR Test [b] PI [c] Magnetic Balance Test [d] Ratio test [e] Di-electric Test of Oil [f] Short Circuit Test [g] Vector Group [h] Winding Resistance

M & L for painting of transformer of 8/10 MVA(2 Nos) / 12.5/16 MVA(1 No) capacity complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint externally and painting with a coat of oil resistant paint inside the Transformer shell complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for overhauling OLTC of 33 KV / 11 KV Transformer of capacity 8/10 MVA (2 Nos) / 12.5/16 MVA( 1 No) by draining out of Transformer oil, dismantling of top cover, inspection of moving and fixed contacts of all three phases and checking the operation, cleaning and removal of contacts of all the three phases and checking the operation, cleaning and removal of all carbon particles, checking the thickness of leads in the OLTC board, moving / fixed contacts, inspection of transition resistance and replacement of gasket / contacts etc., if found damaged, reassembling complete, filling up of oil, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Spares will be measured and paid separately

M & L for filtration of transformer oil of transformers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank / body tank of the transformer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only HV Bushings (Primary side) made out porcelain alongwith brass/copper bushing rod 33 KV and suitable length/size all as per existing, complete 12.5/16 MVA distribution transformers of any make/size/type all as directed including dismantling old one.

Supply only HV Bushing (Secondary side) alongwith brass/copper bushing rod 11 KV with threading and suitable length/size all as per existing etc, complete 12.5/16 MVA capacity power transformers of any make/size/type all as directed including dismantling old one.
