Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8 ) type- D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete incl necessary form work.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed including demolition of brick masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars commplete all as specified and directed

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in road side parapet / Drain all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 04.00 but except stone complete all as specified and directed

M&L for raised pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC Type B1 1: 2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate )Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as in coping ,kneelers,bond stone, coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

PVC SWR pipes 75 mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or wheep holes complete all as specified

S&F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.. including dismantling corrugated roof covering , any gauge, thickness and type complete all as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel work for framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete in surface channel and drain type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) nd finishing surface even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

S&F for MS angle as a fencing post ,strut cutting tops in shape incl all necessary drilling, notching and reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC coated chain link fencing mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provn of binidng wire complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed 9each line wire to measured) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 10 mm dia mild steel plain round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified.

Material and labour for prepolished coloured chequred cement conc tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in grey cement and mix with pigment to match colour of tiles in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade and incl laid over 50 mm thick sand cushioning .all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in sub base to flooring including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified,

M & L dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

Repair of rolling shutters of width and height n exc 4 mtr including necessary welding arrangement and repair / refixing of small parts like ball bearing etc,,and greesing / oiling and make workable conditon all as specified and as dircted.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid) Set In cement mortar 1:4 type -B0(1:2:4)(12.5 mm graded aggregate), including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 500 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including PTMT float valve of 15 mm dia and taking down old unserviceble PVC water tank all as specified in SSR Part-I completed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 1000 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including PTMT float valve of 15 mm dia and taking down old unserviceble PVC water tank all as specified in SSR Part-I completed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair PVC(SWR) bend 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, wall complete all as specified including taking up or down waste and vent pipes of any type complete all as specified.

M&L for MS Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required including dismantling old unserviceable support all as specified and as directed.

S & F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 101777.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
