Material and Labour for Preparation of joints by Taking out the existing sealant or any other compound and wherever joints are cracked in the sides by cutting using mechanical methods. Prepared joint shall have a width not exceeding 10mm and upto a depth of not exceeding 15mm. Joints to be cleaned using compressed air to remove dust/loose particles etc. Polystyrene/polyethylene back up rod of suitable size having and interference fit with joints. Entire surface of joints to be primed using Primer 20, Balance area of joint to be filled with polyurethane based sealant COLPOR -200 (Pitch free gray/black) Applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing masking tape after the application of sealant all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for making good the existing Dummy/construction and damaged edges (at joints), cracks, pot holes etc. in cement concrete floor by cutting around to true vertical surfaces by using diamond cutter, chisel, etc, and removing the debris and other foreign materials to a distance exceeding 1.5KM and not exceeding 5.0 KM and depositing where directed including necessary preparation of the surfaces by cleaning the sides and bottom surfaces using compressed air (diesel driven compressor of suitable capacity) and application of epoxy resin mortar mix to the required depth with ' Nittomortar S ' to a true right angle all as specified by manufacturers instructions and as directed . Note :- Item No. 1 to 5 : Contractor or his rep will attend and repair joint filling within 48 hours after receiving order from Engr-in-Charge. If failing penal recovery at the rate of Rs. 500/per day will be effected for the delay period. The amount will be recovered from the payment to the contractor from running account receipt and final bill.

M & L for one coat of Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, Any colour as approved, including preparation of existing concrete surface, complete all as specified as directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (W/out taking off shutters from the frames) including door and window frames with shutters each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work such as doors or gates of angle other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. completes, drilled fro fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging: also festering and fixing complete confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E=250 quality A-) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel door including projecting type hinges, steel handle, Complete, with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre - painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

De- sludging from existing Septic tanks, soakage wells and Manholes of any capacity size and depth by Mechanical method/Mechanical sucking machine mounted on vehicle etc. including disposal of sludge through mechnically sewage suction pump and dividely store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolly outside the Defence land and taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same position after taking out sludge and covering pit with minimum 30 cm thick layer of earth work etc. all as specified and directed . Note :- Dewatering of existing manhole, septic tank and manholes will not be measured, only solid material will be measured.

Removing / Bailing of sewage water from the septic tank of various capacities using Mechanical method/Mechanical sucking machine etc. and disposal outside MD land including nessary cutting and removing all bushes etc around septic tank and filter bed etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note : Cutting and removing of bushes to be deemed to include the quoted rate against the item, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing/Cleaning of blockages from water closet including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow where required complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing/Cleaning of blockages from wash basins, urinals and kitchen including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow where required complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceeding 5m by roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow including necessary earth work/demolition of PCC and making good damages if any to plinth protection, Manhole etc., as existing and disposed of sludge, earth and demolished materials for site etc complete all as directed.

Removing/Cleaning of blockages of Soil waste and vent pipe of any dia in vertical up to 4 story building by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow where required complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor has to consider the ladder/double scaffolding with safety measures for the labour up to 4 story building and in this connection no extra will be paid in this account

Excavation in trenches for exposing the sewage line and breaking of existing choked SGSW pipes line including the bed concrete, haunching etc. below ground level, providing the same pipe laid and jointed as specified over and including the provision of concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, 100mm thick and the width of bed equal to 30cm plus the outer dia of drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete and as directed. Note : Excavated earth and disposed of sludge to out side of the MoD/Air Force unit area etc. to be deemed to include the quoted rate no extra will pay separately.

Cleaning of blocked sewage drain pipe of any dia between manhole to manhole till flow of sewage/ sludge water is smooth including taking out all sludge/silt/liquid/ mud from the man holes & removing and disposal of the same at out side of the MoD/Unit area land including taking out MH covers carefully and refixing the same as per existing pattern complete all as directed .

Cleaning of blocked sewage drain pipe of any dia by Mechanical method/ pressure jet machine till flow of sewage/ sludge water is smooth including taking out all sludge/silt/liquid/ mud from the man holes & removing and disposal of the same at out side of the MoD/Unit area land including taking out MH covers carefully and refixing the same as per existing pattern all as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat of white washing on Ceiling.
