Supply and Fix Water heater vertical storage type, BEE approved, 5 star rating, ISI marked, heating element 2 KW, single phase 230 volts AC, 50 Hz of capacity 25 litre complete with vent pipe , fusible plug safety valve etc install at directed location with suitable size MS Hold fasteners with nut, bolts and washers. including connecting inlet and outlet PVC tube connections suitable for hot & cold water supply, commissioning and testing, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note: (i) PVC connection for inlet & out shall be measured and paid (ii) Outer Tank should be ABS (Acrylonitrite butadine styrene) coated and inner tank should be feroglas coated.

Supply and fix PVC connection of 15 mm with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, FRLSH PVC insulated, sheathed, copper conductor cable in and including PVC casing caping/ concealed conduit complete with all accessories/fittings, brass screws, washer etc, including modular boxes, modular front cover plates & back plate suitable for fixing modular combination box and including continuous earth wire ( green colour) of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable, sheathed and connected to common earth and earth duly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multistranded copper conductor single core drawn through and including PVC casing caping/ concealed conduit of adequates size and fittings and accessories concealed in walls, floors and ceilings complete including one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.00 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly from main DB to Sub DB / Gyser Point including cutting chases and making good in cement mortar (1:4) with all necessary surface finishes such as white / colour wash / distempering etc to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) Cable required for connection to DBs and MCBs shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the PVC casing caping/ concealed conduit pipe.
