Schedule 'A' Part-VIII (Miscellaneous works)

Item No 01 : Supply, install,, test and commission step down transformer, outdoor type, plinth mounted HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN - 11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5% continuous rating of capacity 400 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The Transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil IS 335, ISI marked filtered & dehydrated oil etc, and conforming to IS 1180:2014 duly mounted on plinth and comprising of he following accessories complete all as specified and directed.

(a) HV side bare bushing suitable for OH conductor (consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather (Silica Gel Breather) with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) Buchholz Relay (having Contracts for Alarm & Trip) (g) Marshalling Box (having TTB Only) (j) Magnetic Oil Level gauge. (k) Bottom Oil filter cum drain valves. (l) Top Oil fiter valve, Inspection Cover with cap/plug with connections complete. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Air relief valve plug (Air release Plug), Explosive vent. (o) Four Nos plan solid cast steel detachable rollers (Bi directional Wheels). (p) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relvant IS and tested upto 50 KV diectric strength upto topofcore. Routine testing as per IS 1190/IS-2026.

(r) Rating plate with terminal markings. (s) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6mm GI earthstrip. (t) provision of 2 Nos danger boards 250 x 200 mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS Plate, vitreous enamelad white, with letters, figures of voltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at HT side and other on LT side. (u) Any other fittintgs/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS-1180 Note:- (i) Foundation for outdoor transformer and cattle fencing around transformer is included in the above rates. (ii) Rates are based on reputed makes like voltamp/ crompton/ Alsthom/ Indian Transformers & Electricals.

Item No 02 : Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, micro controlled digital type with bypass arrangements of capacity 200 KVA, 3 phase, 4wire, copper wound, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 Volts to 480 Volts with output boltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy + 2.5 % and speed of correction 8 Volts per second. The operation is auto with manual, digitaal type display with necessary connections complete all as specified as per TI 04 of 2011.

Item No 03 : Supply and installation, testing and commissioning silent diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 400 KVA, 415 Volts,, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS - 10001/10002 and alternator mounted on a common MS chanel base plate frame complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic strating on main failure, control panel as per IS-13364, CPCP-II approved specifications complete with foundation, battery with leads control panel with necessary meters and integral acoustic enclosure as recommended by control pollution board complete in all respect with and including accessories and components as specified as specified below:- (a) Diesel Driven Engine:- Multi cylinder, 4 stroke cycle, water cooled diesel engine suitable to develop matching BHP at 1500 RPM as per latest ISS/BSS, capable to take 10% over load for 1 hr after 12 hrs of operation and will be suitable for tropical condition, complete with and including following accessories of Make:- Kirloskar/Cummins /Ashoka Leyland/Greaves Ltd i) Heavy fly wheel housing complete with starting gear ring and to suit flexible coupling duly covered with mud guard. ii) Dry type Air cleaners with filters iii) Lubricating oil filter, fuel pre filter. iv)Anti vibration pads-quantity and typeas recommended by manufacturer. v) Fuel injecting system with injection pump, nozzles, govener (electronic) of suitable capacity. vi) Electric start equipment. vii) Lead acid storage maintenance free battery 12 volts of rating 180 AH (02 Nos) with charging alternator, ammeter, as recommended by manufacturer Make: Exide alonwith cooper battery lead and connector.

vii) Lead acid storage maintenance free battery 12 volts of rating 180 AH (02 Nos) with charging alternator, ammeter, as recommended by manufacturer Make: Exide alonwith cooper battery lead and connector. viii) Standard safety device. x) Daily service fuel tank of capacity (as per manufacturer desing with mechanical level indicator,detachable, strainer, drain cok, fuel outlet, air vent and locking arrangement etc, including fuel pipe connections xi) Exhaust silencer (residential silencer) with exhausst piping of suitable size brought out side on top of size 76.5mm dia and complete length of silencer and exhaust piping continuously wrapped with 12mm dia asbestos rope and suitable anti-vibration arrangement around pipe passing through wall. xii) LCD dispal type control panel as per manufacturer's instructions indicating KWH, KVA, PF, Volts, Amps, Hz RPM, Hour of runm oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, fuel level, battery charging ammeter, battery charging lamp and indicator lamp (RYB), panel duly pre wired and displaying protection and safeties as under :- (a) Safeties :- Auto shut down, visual & audio alrm for low lub oil pressure, low fuel level, caopytemperature. (b) Alternator:- 400 KVA brushless type at 0.8 power factor, self regulated, self excited, screen protected 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, 4 wire alternator with insulation class 'H', screen protected dirp proof free from commutation problem as per IS: 13364/IS:2613/IS-4722 complete with automatic voltage regulator, having voltage regulation +/- 1% set volts from No load to full load, SPDP enclosure including making cable connections and alternator control panel as supplied by manufacturer.

Make: Kirloskar/Crompton/Jyoti/stamford. c) PCC Foundation complete as per manufacturer's design including anti vibration pads, necessary excavation & earth work lin soft/loose soil, lsland cushioning, grouting foundation etc. d) Manufacturer's maintenance and operation/manual of Gen Set-02 Set to be supplied. e) Accoustic enclosure of suitable size to accommodate DG set 400 KVA, modular construction, fabricated out of 3mm thick, cold annealed CRCA sheet duly epoxy painted doors to be provided with high quality EDPN gasket, duly epoxy painted. The canopy to be equipped with heavy duty fans of reputed manufacturer for air circulation and cooling the canopy. Rock wool of requisite density per Kg to be used for insulation. Enclosure to be provided with one light point controlled with one switch for internal lighting. Noise level at one meter to be 75 decibels @ one mtr in line as per CPCB norms. f) Repair for DG Set tools to be supplied as recommended by manufacturer are as under :-

(i) Ring spanner set of 10 - 01 set (ii) Screw driver 6", 9", 12", 14" - 01 No each (iii) Adjustable spanner set of 10 - 01 No (iv) Cutting pliers insulated and nose pliers 10" & 12" :- No each (v) Techo meter - 01 No (vi) Tool kit box - 01 No (g) Maint spares for DG Set to be supplied as under :- (i) All type of filters - 02 each sets (ii) V-belt - 01 set NOTE :- (i) The engineer of DG set suitably conditioned to suit the climatic condition of Gaya station, so as to give desired outputs including and testing upto 10% over load. (ii) The items required for testing of DG set e.g. fuel, tools, resistive loads etc and panel as above shall be provided by the contractor and the rate of which is deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Testing of DG set will be carried out as specified.

Item No 05 : Supply and install automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel factory made of 125 KVAR capacity ready to use design confiring to relevant IS rated for short circuit rating of 50 KA, front openable and lockable by keys having lowers and air vent, gasket and totally vermin proof and suitable for 415/440 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated from minimum 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, anti corrosive coating to achieve power factor from 0.9 to 0.99 and finally powder coated in texture seimens gray RAL 7032 & as directed by Engineer-in-charge comprising of and including following including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable from main panel to APFC panel for connections as approved complete all as specified and directed. (a) 400 Amp capacity for phase and neutral copper bus bar duly insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable DMC/epoxy insulators. (b) A set of heavy duty capacitor type MPPH box type, 440 volts, with output steps of 125 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of with 5 steps (2 x 12.5 KVAR + 2 x 25 KVAR + 1 x 50 KVAR) in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups.

(h) All control wires shall be not less than 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and propeperly bunched/tied,ferruled for proper identification and crimpled with adequate size of lugs. The cubicle will have a bottom support of channel of suitable size, suly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable pre drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick, cold zink metal coated shall be provided with at the bottom for entry for armoured cable with adequate size of gland. manufacturer name plate with feeder details and danger plate shall be provided at suitable visible place. (j) Auxiliary contactor with required quantity of 'NO & NC' (k) Auto / Manual switch -01 No. (l) Fuse for line protection as per requirement and as approved (m) Indicator lamp LED based with lamp holder as per requirement and as approved (p) Current ransformer (CT) of ratio 250.5 A, measuring class accuracy 0.50 to 1.0 for capacity panel. (q) MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps, thermal magnetic type breaking capacity 50 KA with microprocessor release with 8 step overload adjustability at 415 bolts - 01 No (incoming) (r) Detuning reactor of suitable size shall be provided to maintain THD less than 7 percent.

Item No 06 : Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and verminb proof protection of size 1500mm x 1200 mm x 500 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and exernal steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item. (Near Transformer)

OUTGOING (a) MCCB, adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu, 25 KA breaking capacity, rating 200 Amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links -04 Nos. (b) MCCB, adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu, 25 KA breaking capacity, rating 63 Amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links -01 Nos. (c) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm , white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door . shutter of JB for LT - 01 No.

Item No 07 : Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415 Volts in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps with necessary electrical connections complete all as specified.

Item No 08 : M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe for loop earthing etc as required with 32 x 6 mm GI strip all etc complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Item No 09 : S&F for LED post top lentern 40 watt light fitting made of cast aluminium spigot housing with dacarative opal acylic diffuser with IP 65 protection with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories fixed on GI pipe 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make Bajaj Cat Part No BGCL 40 W LED WH or its equavalent in Philips, Wipro.

Item No 10 : S & F for Energy saving new generation environmental friendly long lige versatile presure die cast aluminium IP 66 security light fitting luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver of capacity 60 watts with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation, pre wired and neccessary mounting arrangements and provision of 4 sq mm two core copper conductor cable multistranded from fitting to over head line including necessary GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge. :- Bajaj Cat No ENXT P 60L WW CR PC SD or its equvalent in Philips, Wipro.

Item No 11 : M & L earthing comlplete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strep 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including nexessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etd, connected to panel board/Gen Set as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 12 : Supply, Laying , jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressurse pipe with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side in any length with inside cement mortar lining suitable for flanged joints including rubber gasket, bolts, nuts, washers, MS clamping laid in trenches/ laid over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified and directed of following sizes of pipe:-

(a) 500 mm dia (20") pipe (for Header pipe)

(b) 150 mm dia (6") pipe (form Borewell to Header pipe)

Item No 13 : Supply, Laying , jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressurse pipe with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) including rubber gasket in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified of following sizes:-

(a) 350 mm dia (14") pipe (form Header pipe to Prop UG Sump)

Item No 14 : Supply, Laying , jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressurse pipe with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified of following sizes:-

Note for Item No 12, 13 & 14:- 1. Before laying of pipe line contractor has to submit layout diagram as per level difference and ensure proper alignment of the pipe. 2. While laying the DI pipe cutting is required for inserting the new tee branches, bend setc deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Item No 18 : Supply and Fixing cast iron body and brass gate heavy duty non return valve with by-pass arrangements, IS-5312, ISI marked (NRV) both ends flanged with by-pass arrangements, IS-5312, ISI marked (NRV) both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete of the following sizes complete all as specified:-

Item No 19 : Supply and fix cast iron air valves with single air outlets, conforming to IS-14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 20 : M&L construction of Brick Masonry valve pit of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm internal dimension, one Brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, rendering 15 mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL providing 3.0mm thick MS Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40 x 5mm Flat iron Frame alround including provision of Hinges, Handle and Locking Arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6 mm Angle Iron Frame fixed on Top of Valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces including necessary Earth work in Soft/Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 21 : Supply and installation for submersible pump, electric driven 415 Volts,50 Hz, Three Phase and lowering into 200/250 mm dia borewell (casing pipe size 200/250mm) for discharge 30000 GPH with head of 95 Mtr with necessary cable connecteds and fixing arragements complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 22 : Supply and laying submersible copper conductor cable 3 core 35 sqmm 1100 volts multistranderd PVC insulated weather proof, sheathed heavy duty ISI marked cable complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 23 : Supply and installation, testing and commissioning Chemical Dosing system plunger type suitable to injet solution upto 50 LPH comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.50 HP, 1440 RPM assembly with Agitator with SS Sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 ltrs capacity, complete with chemical drade PVC NRC chlorine complete all as specified. Model: SSAPS/CDSPT /200 of M/s satya sai Aqua Pura Services of E-in-C's Branch approved manufacturer or any other E-in-C's Branch approved manufacturer.

Item No 24 : Taking up cast iron water mains including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including borning out joints and recovering lead for following size complete all as specified and as directed NOTE: 1. Necessary Excavation of earth work will be paid seperately. 2. CI pipe of size 300 mm dia shall be taken out/demolition after testing & commissioning ofnew pipe.

Item No 25 : Supply, laying, teasting and commissioning of UG HT cables, 11000 volts grade, 3 core 95 sqmm (Earthed), XLPE insulated and PVC shealhed, steel wire armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor heavy duty conforming to latests reelevant IS, cables laid in trenches, ducts under plinth floors assing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 26 : Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for outdoor teremination (cold shrink push on type) joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core x 95 sqmm complete all as specified.

Item No 27 : Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of following sizes of aluminium conductor, stranded, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, GI wire/ flat armoured & overall PVC sheathed cable of 1100 Volt grade in trench / on surface of wall / in GI pipe / in Hume pipe etc.complete all as specified of following size:-

(a) 300 sqmm 3.5 core

(b)185 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 150 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 6 sqmm 2 core

Item No 27A : Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, glavanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 3.5 core x 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28 :S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Schedule of credit of Rs 91,68,450.00 inserted by the MES in schedule of credit shall be deducted manualy to work out bid amount.
