Supply and installation, Testing and commissioning Diesel Engine driven generating set 30 KVA/24KW output Ac 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire complete with an integral enclosures with in built of central polution board and control panel comprising of the following : (a) Alternator assembly:- Alternator assembly 30KVA/24KW capacity, AC 400/440 vols, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50 C/S, 1500 RPM, self exied self regulaed, screen protected, drip proof type with end shield ball/roller bearing wih damper winding in each pools/phase as per IS 4722 and base 5000/IS 4722 with H class insulation all as specified complete as per latest IS/BIS applicable (b) Diesel Engine (prime mover) shall be water cooled of adequate BHP after de-rating and induction of power consumed to drive above alternaor independently directly adequate BHP after de-rating and induction of power consumed to drive above alternator independently directly through flexible coupling, vertical, multi -cylinder , diesel injection, cold startin, 1500 rpm, with standard accessories such as start/stop push button switches, self starting system, batery charging system with required batteries 12 volt 180 AH (Maintenance free)-01 Nos and battery leads duly initialy charged oil temperature guages, RPM meter, hour meter, water temp guage, oil pressure guage, mounted on common base framed coupled through suitable coupling to the alternator complete with silencer assembly with exhaust pipe duly wrapped with asbestos rope of suitable size upto 1 m outside the generator set room and MS fuel tank for 12 hours contineous running fuel capacity, built- in the acoustic enclosure with anti-vibration pads. confirming to the laest IS/BIS specification. (c) Conrol Panel: DG set control panel suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycle manufactured by approved OEM of engine manufacturer fabricated suitable size CRCA sheet cubical type, prewired with PVC insulated copper connecion cable suitable size and power coated for weather proof and long lasting finish, consist of a microprocessor based control unit, which can operate on auto , as well as manual mode. monitors the engine safety parameters and alarm/trip conditionall will be displayed on the front panel . MCCB of suitable rating, key switch, push buttton (starter) LED. Battery charging fail indication, current transformer, instrument fusesThe DSC microprocessor electronic controller, displayes the following parameters : Voltage, frequency, current, RPM, cumulative, run hours, oil pressure, coolant temperature & charging current (DC amp meter). (d) Fuel tank : Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's instruction of DG set with supporting fabricaed steel stand with all pipe (armoured flexible pipe) connecting upto fuel pump incl oil level indicaor guage, drain and air vent plug etc. (e) Acoustic encloser : Acoustic encloser is made of suitable size of CRCA sheet and ISMC base frame painted as per OEM. The wall of encloser will be insulated with rock wool so as to canopy with the 75 DBA at 1 mtr sound levels by Minisry of Environment and forest complete with latest IS/BIS specificaions. the encloser shall have the following provision:(i) Fitting arrangement (ii) Point of neutral land body earthing (iii) Fuel drain (iv) Lub Oil drainage (v) Air breather (vi) Hood for rain protection (vii) Easy stop push button (viii) Panel meter viewing window (ix) Ventilation sysem (x) Tube light fitting 01x 14 wat-02 nos. Note : (i)DG set should be sound proof as per laest policy and latest IS/BIS specification, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning factory made, CPRI approved outdoor type, 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 c/s incorporated with copper busbars chamber having capacity 100 Amps 4 way equal fixed on SMC/DMC insulators, outdoor type dust and vermin proof, made out of CRCA MS sheet not less than 3mm thick, front door opening, with proper locking arrangement and hinges, painting with powder coatedpaint and having provision for earth terminals fixed on the iron angle frame made of angle 40x40x5.0mm thick 40cm above the ground level and 40cm grouted in the PCC 1:2:4, 20mm graded stone agg. M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 pits, CI cover with angle iron frame, painting etc and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.
