Rewinding of three (3) phase electric induction motors of following capacities/powers (k-Watt/HP) and make such as Kirloskar/Crompton/Marathon/Jyoti/Seimen etc. with superior quality super enameled copper wire (H-Class) of reputed make such as RR Shramik, Atlas, Salzer, ASC etc. of its equivalent including varnishing with superior quality insulating varnish, fiber sticks for motor slots, terminal glass wires, nomex paper of superior quality for motor slot & separator, repair of stamping slots & chemical washing, providing & fixing of drive end/non-drive end ball bearings, providing & fixing of motor leads/wires, thimbles, providing and fixing connection plate, carrying out of balancing of motor rotor (if required) and removing and carriage of motor from pump house to workshop and bringing back of repaired motor(s) to pump house, re-fixing, testing within all lead and lifts and complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The items mentioned in the instant description, executed for making the motor functional to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge, shall be paid as per the specifications and rates quoted against respective item below:-

Providing and fixing the following of ISI marked ball bearing/roller bearing (Drive End) of SKF make or its equivalent to electric induction motors as per the manufacturer specifications.

Providing & fixing of Nomex papers of superior quality for motor slots and separator for motors of following capacities/power ( k-Watt/HP).

Removing/dismantling motor from foundation/chassis, carriage of from pump house to work shop & back to pump house including extracting burnt winding, re-fitting motor, testing and alignment of motor etc. complete in all respects.
