Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brickwork with subclass `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except bricks

M&L for brick work in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in Coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throuting , including necessary form work etc all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work including finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applied two coat of cement base paint over one priming coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for prepration of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) designer Jafri Wall Jallie as per sample, area of each not exc 0.50 Sqm fixed on wall in cement mortar 1:4 including two coats of cement base paint, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate )designer pillars of size 100mm X 100mm and 900mm long including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar (1:4) etc, including two coats of cement base paint, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in cover slabs for drain well etc set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as directed (Top and bottom of chain link fencing)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies , canopies , deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, shelves , landing and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horzontal or sloping) and to edges of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and above cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking benchings spirally hooping for colums hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia over and upto 10mm as in stirrups for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, as wall cladding laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and dismantling of old existing stones etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any descriprion not other wise provided for.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastenig Fe-410-W (Gde quality 'A').

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate), as in plinth protection, hardstanding etc incl necessary form work etc complete.

Dismantling fencing post or struts(RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good the distrubed ground on (embaded in concrete)

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to distance n. exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) in foundations, filling and mass concrete using 40mm graded stone aggregates.

Supply & Fixing iron angle post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as direct drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for screwing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling bolting/bolts and nuts or reveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to posts of any type including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of GI wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire of any description and type

Supply only chain link fencing n exc 4 Kg/Sqm

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire

S&F mild steel flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm securing chain link fence including cutting, drilling holes , bolting etc conforming to FE-290 gde-E-165 fixed horizontal or vertical complete all as specified.

S&F MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut ot length bent to shapt including cranking bending etc.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified.
