Supply of Lightning Strike Recorder LSC 6 digit shall be weather proof type. It should 9 have 6 digit event count & the capacity to count smallest strike (3KA). It should be voltage sensing type counter. So that it will register nearby strikes & static discharge due to induction effect as per IS 2309:1989. (Inspection by RITES)

Supply of UL listed long life Maintenance Free Earthing with constant performance 10 service warranty. UL listed. 250 Micron with ALLTEC-Tera Fill TF 50 & TF-50 XT Back Fill should RoHS & Low resistivity certified. The Back Fill having not more than 0.20 Ohm/cm resisance, eco friendly, non- degradable and non-soluble. The earthing pit shall be designed & supplied with Poly-plastic Pit cover non-conductive, environment friendly. (Inspection by RDSO)

PVC jacketed wire rope 17 should be of Galvanised steel wire rope 6 mm dia (6x19 stranded wire with steel core of 6 mm dia) sheathed with PVC 2mm wall thickness, overall thickness being 10 mm. PVC sheath should be made of type 6 compound as per IS 5831 of 1984 Reaffirmed 2001 and steel wire rope as per IS: 2266:2019. Reclaimed or recycled material should not be used. Supply of DWC HDPE pipe with one snap fit coupler and 'O' ring fire resistant, anti rodent, in 6 meter length of size 120 mm outer dia as per RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Ver. 1.1 with Amd.1 or latest. (Inspection by RITES)

Supply of Paints as per relevant IS specification preferably Asian/ Apcolite/Dulux make in different colours in 1 Kg/2 Kg pack (Inspection by Consignee)

B-Execution portion (SOR items)

Lettering & Numbering of detail and description writing of particulars of terminations & equipments on relay rack, relays, cable termination rack, battery & power equipments, IPS, operating panel, axle counter etc constituting entire system with contractor's own paint and writing material ("Asian/Dulux" make enamel paints to be used). The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & instruction of Rly engineer at site. (Unit May be Read As Per Rack). (Inspection by Consignee)

Installation of earth electrode assenbly as per Drg. No. RE/S&T/SIG/Tender/SK726/85 including earth wire connected through GI wire 8 SWG supported on M.S. flat of size 6mm x 40 mm to earth electrode as per drg. No. CR/S&T/SK-815 for sigg. Equipment such as lever frames, apparatus 2 case, signals, relay racks,block insruments, and etc. as per RE manual. The earth value should be less than 10 Ohms including the lead wire. The value should be measured in presence of Rly. supervisor. It should be documented and painted on earth enclosure made of concrete.( only earth electrode will be supplied by Railway). All other material required for provision of earthing will be brought by the contractor. (Inspection by Consignee)

Installation & commissioning of A-Class Lighning protection complete include base plate with base mast & accessories. SPN: NFC-17-102-2011 and as per IS 2309:1989. (Inspection by Consignee)

Fabrication, supply and fixing of various types of MS flat clamps on girder bridges/rocky area on GI pipes/ its coupler as per drawing with requisite no. of nut and bolts as per site requirement and as per instructions of Railway engineer at site. (Inspection by Consignee)

Installation, testing & commissioning of Ring Earth as per RDSO Specification No. 5 RDSO/SPN/197/2008 or latest amendment and RDSO drawing No. SDO/RDSO/E&B/001 and 002. All the consumables for mounting the copper tape/bus bar, copper lugs with stainless steel nut and bolts, copper bus bar etc. will be supplied by the contractor free of cost. Installation of unit Earth as per RDSO/SPN/197/Ver.I or latest, to construct earthing of </= 1 ohm consisting of a. digging the earth to required depth,insertion of electrode, filling of earth 6 enhancing compound & construction of chamber, measurement of earth value and all other work of earthing as per code of practice. All the consumables for mounting the copper tape inside the relay room, Exothermic weld materials and tools & fixtures for the welding Copper tapes and electrodes shall be arranged by the contractor. Supply of surge protective device (SPD) life tester, designed for onsite testing of surge 1 protection devices. It allows checking and indicating the health status of GDT/MOV based SPD of voltage range up to 1000V. It shall indicate the status of SPD by measuring its electrical parameters. SPD tester shall be of reputed make JMV or similar. (Inspection by RITES)
