SCH 'A' Pt - X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Contains Ser item No 4.00 to Ser item No 10.01)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-II (internal Electrification) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour for flame proof 4 way lighting junction box in aluminium die cast material size 120 mm dia, with protection IP-66 approved by CCE and certified by CMRI complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for flame proof 3 way lighting junction box in aluminium die cast material size 120 mm dia, with protection IP-66 approved by CCE and certified by CMRI complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for Sub main wiring with two single core FRLS multi stranded copper conductor ISI Marked of size 2.5 Sqmm 1100 V and One single core FRLS insulated and sheathed stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 1100 V for earth conductor grade ISI Marked, including drawing into surface mounted ERW Stove eameled metallic rigid conduit of suitable size with all necessary fixing and accessories and fittings such as Tees, bends, elbows, junctions boxes, connectors, shaddles, screws, rowel plug etc all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Two runs of current carrying conductor, one run of earth conductor and one run of ERW conduit shall be measured as one length. (ii) All conduit pipe and conduit accesseroies shall be totally enclosed IP-65 protection suitable for explosive buildings. (iii) The complete electrical installation and all equipement and apparatuses shall be got tested as per codal proisions and certified as “ totally enclosed as suitable for use in explosive buildings on completion by contractor to GE. The testing charges and arranging tools, plants, testing equipements etc. shall be born by the contractor at his own arrangments and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III ( EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY ) shall also be applicable.

Material & Labour for cutting existing cast iron pipe and inserting cast iron tee of size 200mm x 200mm x 150mm flanged including necessary fittings, mechanical & lead joints (as required at site), gaskets, nuts bolts, earth work, etc complete all as per site requriement and all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of earth work, cuting, new CI tee, CI fittings including lead joints, mechanical joints as required at site are deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Supplying, laying, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe ISI maked IS-8329-2000 (Reaffiremed - 2005 Edition 4.1 ) of 150 mm bore with socket spigot ends, suitable for "push on joints" in standard working lengths supplied with rubber gasket duly ISI marked for water supply, class K-9 with socket and with cement mortar lining inside the metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outer side of the pipe without polythelene sleeves but including "Push on joint" supplied with ISI marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS-5382-1985 (Reaffirmed - 2003) with dual hardness of type -2 (bulb) and type -5 (Heel) quality laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of internal size 1050mm x 750mm x 1000mm ,100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 usinng ( 40mm graded stone aggregate ) lean concrete in foundation , providing old size well burnt clay brick masonary wall of 230mm thick built in Cement Mortar 1:6 , Rendering in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth using extra cement internally and 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished fair and even , supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame , embeded in PCC coping with PCC 1:2:4 type-B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates , with locking arrangement and 1 No. 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25mm x 6mm flat iron and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide zinc chromate primer ) to all exposed surface including earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed and all as shown on drawings No.CEBZ/TD/43/2011 sheet 1 /1 Note:- The rate of earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV ( EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Factory assembled diesel engine driven silent generating set sound proof acoustic enclosure (caropy CRCA sheet 2mm thick & noise level below 75 decible/M) with AMF panel inside the caropy, prime rating 12KW/15 KVA, 1500 RPM, 3phase, 415 volt, 4 wire, 50 Hz and power factor 0.8, complete all as specified and comprising the following and set of tools and maintenance spares as recommended by the manufacturer.

Contd/- serial item No.6.02 (B) ALTERANATOR :- 12KW/15 KVA at 0.8 power factor brushless self exicted, self regulated, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volt 1500 RPM, 4 wire screen protected class 'H' insulation, drip proof three from simulation problem continous rating conforming to IS 4722 or as per the latest IS specification complete with the automatic voltage regulator out put voltage regulated between +/-1% on set voltage from No load to full load.. (C) Automatic Main failure Panel :- AMF Panel for 12KW/15 KVA DG set, fabricated out of sheet steel (factory made), suitable mounting type inside the acoustic enclosure, mild steel sheet fabricated construction, mounting hinged from panel for easy accessibility with suitable rated bus bar, internal wiring and with provision for connecting out going leads with the accessories all as per OEM specificaion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( D) SOUND PROOF ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Adequate ventilation for gen set cooling air requirement.Absorbent/insulating material used is fire radient. Suitable thermal lagging to avoid localised heating of atjoining part of exhaust. Easy access to service points on gensets. Temperature of enclosure does not exceed beyond 7 degree of ambient temp. 75 DbA at 1 mtr Distance as per latest CPCB-2 norms.

Contd/- serial item No.6.02 Note (a) Phase-I : No load test for 01 hours in the presence of Engineer -in-Charge. (b) Phase-II : Load test for 12 hours continuously (at 25 % of Full load for first one hour ,50% of full load for second one hour,75 % of Full load for third one Hour,100% load for next 08 hours and 110% of full load for last one hour) Resistive type load bank,fuel testing instruments as required for load testing shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be incl eded in the quoted rate. (i) PCC Platform for installation of DG set shall be provided as per OEM instruction and the rates are included in the quoted cost. (ii) Testing arrangement of DG set shall be including fuels & test equipments etc. and the rates are included in the quoted cost. (iii) Load test shall be carried out in the presence of testing officer nominated by accepting officer or IEM.

HARDSTANDING , ROAD, PATH & CULVERT NOTE:- For items of HARDSTANDING , ROAD, PATH & CULVERT notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V ( HARDSTANDING , ROAD, PATH & CULVERT ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour for Writing letters, figures or sign not exceeding 30cm high with radium letters with high prismatic grade and colour as per users requirments complete all as specified and directed.

(LIGHTNING PROTECTION) NOTE:- For items of LIGHTNING PROTECTION notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ PART - VI (LIGHTNING PROTECTION) shall also be applicable.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20mm x 3mm buried in groung for ring conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing and testing XLPE Cable insulated , screened ,PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional size 16 Sqmm x 01 core for down conductor on poles with suitable clamping arrangment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing HT Stay assembly ( Stay Rod of size 20mm dia, Anchor plate, stay bow , Pole clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing HT Ceramic Stay (Guy) insulator of size 140mm x 85mm complete all as specified and directed.
