Demolition of Brick/ stone / boulder masonry built in cement morter complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Walling random rubble, uncoursed, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but except boulder.

M&L for brickwork with subclass designation 75 , old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick /stone wall surface including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces and surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathings and surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints / pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses with CM 1:4 all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channel complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13.00 above but add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide or not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of manhole etc and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in hard/dense soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, including watering, ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete in foundations 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed

Removing of soil to distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC ( 1: 2:4 ) Type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in cover slab and set in position with cement mortar ( 1:4 ) including demolition of existing unserviceable RCC cover slab complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required and binding with MS wire n.less than 0.9 mm dia annealed or fixed with welding complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per Item No 21.00 above but 6 to 8 mm dia .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection , laid in bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as below floor finish complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC coloured chequared cement concrete tile of size 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick as in floor , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment , laid over 20 mm thick screed bed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors , gates etc complete all as speciified and as directed .

S&F rolled mild steel Fe-290 (grade E-165) framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate , rails , braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering . Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of old GI barbed wire fencing of any description from RCC fencing post complete all as specified & directed. (Note. Each line of wire to be measured separately)

S&F galvanized, 2 strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type or standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified directed Note : Each line wire to be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description fixed in any position not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for MS angle conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 for fencing post including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per Item No 33.00 above but fixing only.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per Item No 35.00 above but for fixing only.

Cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar for inserting hold fast for depth of embedded portion exc one brick and n.exc two brick and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L PCC 1:3:6 Type C1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block for fixing holdfast and similar item complete all as specified.

S&F in repair punched type concertina coil of dia 500 mm and pitch 150 mm made up of 2.60 mm HTGS spring core wire having tensile strength of 1600 N/Sqmm and each concertina coil shall be of min 50 turns and 5 clips in two turns i.e 125 clips per coil ( wt of coil 7 kg to be streched upto 3.25 RM i.e 2.15 kg per RM ) complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Item No 39.00 above but fixing only in repair.

Demuking of filled soil in Drain/Nallah by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any type of vegetation and desilting all deposit of soil and other materials to have a free flow of water and to get a uniform trapezoidal/ rectangular shape of drain and removing all spoil from MOD area to a distance exc 250m mtr but n exc 500 mtr and deposited in layer n exc 25 cm thick, cross sectional area of drain /Nallah n. exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, wall , roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Welding in repair exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length of metal thickness exceeding 9 mm and n.exceeding 20 mm including cleaning and preparing the surfaces to be welded together, holding the members in true position while welding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Running welding in repairs for metal thickness exceeding 6 mm but n.exc 9 mm including cleaning and preparing the surfaces to be welded together, holding the members in true position while welding complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions as in RCC wall complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified.
