PU Foam Removal
Removal of existing PU foam from the entire OC dome, walkway and parapet area of both units carefully including lowering from height upto 60 m and disposal within main plant boundary as per direcction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Lead charges for transporting of removed debris, membrane, etc. exceeding 1 KM but not exceeding 2 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling, etc.
Repair of roof surface
Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including lowering of debris from height upto 60 m and disposal within main plant boundary or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
Supply of material and filling of patches where loose screed/ concrete is removed, filling of local depression to maintain proper slope for rain water drainage or wherever required as directed by Engineer using dual shrinkage compensated, flowable micro concrete as per technical specifications, including all labour and materials etc. The payment shall be made based on the quantity of dry micro concrete used for repair.
Repair of / RCC walls

Supply of material and filling of patches where loose screed/ concrete is removed, parapet repair , preparation of chamfer at roof- parapet wall junction, or wherever required as directed by Engineer using dual shrinkage compensated, trowel-able fibre reinforced thixotropic repair mortar as per technical specifications, including all labour and materials etc. The payment shall be made based on the quantity of dry mortar used for repair.
Curing by using self-priming, water based acrylic polymer, multi-role curing, curing compound complying to ASTM C 309 Type II Class B & & ASTM C 1315, in the areas as decided by Engineer, including of Labour, Materials, tools & equipment etc.
Supply and application of compatible acrylic primer & protective Anti Carbonation coating system for concrete and masonry surfaces of approved make,. The coating system shall be high build, decorative, elastomeric, crack-bridging, acrylic coating, which is applied at an minimum average thickness of 250 microns DFT (inclusive one coat of primer & two or more coats of anti-carbonation coating) and as per technical specification. The rate shall be inclusive of material, tools, labours etc. complete.
Waterproofing and Insulation
Providing and applying 75 mm thick two component polyurethane based, HFC Blown, free from CFC/HCFC sprayable closed-cell rigid high-density foam insulation system of approved make directions as per coverage recommended by manufacturer. It shall include application of primer as per coverage recommended by manufacturer and provision of geotextiles, if any, as per manufacturer recommendations, etc below or above the PU foam insulation system. PU Foam shall have properties as per technical specifications.
Supply & apply of two component liquid applied membrane with primer, as per technical specifications on roof, pedestals, etc. and areas as decided by the Engineer. The water proofing system shall be comprising of: • one coat of hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane/ hybrid polyurea compatible primer (Minimum DFT 75 microns) and, • Sand Broadcasting and, • two- component spray applied hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane/ hybrid polyurea membrane base coat having total average dry film thickness of 2000 microns (excluding primer and top coat, with no single value less than 1800 microns) and • two component UV resistant Aliphatic Polyurethane top coat with average 200 Microns thick DFT ( with no single value lesser than 150 microns).Note: In congested area only as decided by the Engineer in writing, the base coat may be applied by brush. The rate shall be inclusive of testing of entire roof waterproofing as per technical specification.
Extra for manpower at height
20% extra wages for manpower deployed at height. 10 skilled workers employed for average for 12 months for 25 days a month
