Specifications -1 Transportation of Chemical preparation Plant from STP Okhla to Kalindi Kunj and Levelling of the Area where plant is to be installed, strengthening of ground, installation of plant at site with required plumbing pumps, stirrer etc. 2.Repair, service, overhauling of E&M equipment already available with DJB e.g. sprinklers, pumps, stirrer etc. a.7Nos. Petro powered sprinkler systems, Neptune make b.2 Nos. Heavy duty sprinkler climex make c.Repair service and overhaul of the existing chemical pumps used for onsite preparation of chemicals for dosing. d.Repair Service and overhauling of existing stirrers for chemical preparation. e.Repair of battery operated sprinkler system 3.Covering of the treatment plant and chemical store with temporary structure and arrangement of temporary site office measuring 15ft x 15ft with 2 tables and 20 Chairs. 4.Laying of water pipeline from Water arrangement upto the chemical plant roughly 30m. 5.Laying of chemical pipeline from plant to filling station approx 30m 6.laying of additional chemical pipeline from chemical plant to Static automatic sprinkler system. approx 150m 7.Supply and installation of 1000L capacity static automatic dosing system at kalindi kunj bridge with sprinkling system having autodosing for 20m at boat deck in File 2 File 3 length through pipe. 8.Supply and installation of additional sprinkling flexible tube complete with sprinkler.( 30 mts with 75 sprinkler) 9.Operation and maintenance of dosing systems including arrangement of electricity/genset, and electrical wiring, provision of lighting, fuel, manpower Min. 15 Nos., 1 electrician, 1 plumber, 1 supervisor). 10.Disassembly of the Chemical Preparation Plant, Dosing System, all the equipment and transport back to STP Okhla Store. 11.Provision of Security Staff 24 Hourly basis – 2 persons per shift. Supply of: Heavy duty Petro-powered chemical sprinkling system (system must be chemical resistant)-06 nos.,100L rectangular shape chemical resistant tanks-8 nos,heavy duty torches rechargeable-6 Nos.,Yellow Helmet with torch-6 Nos,White helmet without torch-20 Nos,Safety Goggles-24 Nos,Reflective Jackets-12 Nos,Life jackets-12 Nos,Boots-18 Pairs,Hook Rope-3 Nos,Fire extinguishing cylinders-4 Nos,life guard tubes-3 Nos,Torches-6 Nos,Repair of 3 existing emergency lights Torches-3 Nos.
