Improvement works

Chipping the existing damaged plastering on wall wherever necessary and replastering the same with cement mortar 1:4 using Dr.Fixit, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.

Painting two coats with interior emulsion of approved quality overone coat of primer for inside wall surfaces including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc. complete.

Painting with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer of approved quality for outer surfaces and make including cost of all materials and labour, etc., complete

White washing two coats using white cement [janatha cem and the like] approved quality and of reputed make including cost of all materials, leads, lift, etc., complete

Painting 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality and make over iron works including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.
