COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANT 3 X 37.5 TR LOCATED AT DCN PALAM AND REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF COOLING TOWER AND CONNECTED WORKS AND REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER APPLIANCES INCLUDING DESERT COOLER AND WATER COOLER AT DCN PALAM UNDER GE

Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Central Air conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 37.5 TR as per manufactures manual of preventives and comprehensive maintenance and with periodicity mentioned there in as per particular specification installed at DCN PALAM daily including Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted Holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at Delhi Cantt . Notes for Item No 1.00 :- (a) Periodical, preventive and comprehensive maintenance complete package chiller units 03 Nos, each consisting of 1 No 37.5 TR along with motor and its condenser,compressor, chillers, microprocessor based control panel complete system done through OEM i.e. any one of M/s Blue Star/Trane/Voltas/ Hitachi including submission of quarterly service reports from OEM. Total No. Chiller units-03 Nos.The comprehensive maint of contral Air coditioning plant under this contract shall be done through manufacturer The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized as per performa with in 15 Days from date of acceptance of tender, failing of which the contract will be liable to be cancelled & work will executed as per policy invouge of the contractors default. (d) Scroll Type Commercial Compressors Cap of 12.5 TR Make- Danfoss, Model No- SZ185S4RC -09 Nos (e) Scroll Water Chiller, Make- Blue Star Cap of 37.5 TR Refrigerant – 407 C Model No- XWC3S039AR2 -03 Nos. (f) Hot Water Generator Cap of 75 KW Make- Rapid Cool S.No- 195AC,HO19 -02 Nos. (g) FRP Induced Draft Cooling Tower Cap of 75 TR Make- Mihir , Model No- FH4 - 02 Nos. (h) Double Skin Horizontal Mounted Air Handling Unit Cap of 29000 CFM, Make-Edgetech Air System Model- ETU300H, Coil-CHWCoil/ 1016 x 2653 / 6RD & Heating Coil / 1016 x 26532RD, Fan Model-Kruger / DIDW Backward / 1000, Motor- Siemens / 18.5 KW - 01 Nos. (j) Main HVAC Panel -01 Nos. (k) In case of break down, the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor. The cost will be deemed to be included in Sch “A” items.

Painting of the condensers, chillers, induction motors & pipe lines , valves and outer body of cooling towers with different colors following the color code system as directed by the Engineer in charge . Job includes removing the old paint by rubbing/ scrubbing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for central AC plants of Cap 3×37.5 TR at DCN PALAM.(Make of paint and primer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ JHONSON & NICHOLSON/ SHALIMAR.)

Supply & fixing in repairs of cast iron butter fly valves lever operated SS disc type nitrile/EPDM rubber lining PN 16 of dia 125mm complete all as specified and directed. (Make: - ADVANCE/ AUDCO/ LEADER/CASTLE/ NVR/ ZOLOTO).

Supply & fixing in repairs of cast iron butter fly valves lever operated SS disc type nitrile/EPDM rubber lining PN 16 of dia 100mm complete all as specified and directed. (Make: - ADVANCE/ AUDCO/ LEADER/CASTLE/ NVR/ ZOLOTO).
