Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr /per10 sqm including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm)(apex ultima weather coat all guard) Asian Berger , including supply of material Labour T&P etc Required for proper completion of the work.

Providing Barbed Iron wire fencing including fixing to post after stretching it including cost of material labour T&P etc Required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing Angle Iron post 50x50x6 mm placed every 3.0 mt C/C in Depth of 0.45 mt and every corner end and every 15th post shall be strutted on both side including cutting drilling holes revetting/welding as necessary with one coat of red oxide primer and its carriage upto site including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing annd fixing of steel gate of specified shape size and design welded in built up section/framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and and applying a coat primer of approved quality steel primer using structural steel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new surface wih superior quality approved make as luxol 3 hi glass apcolite superlac Deluxe specified brushing to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand preparing and stopping excluding cost of all material but including cost of labour T&P etc required for for proper completion of work.

Earth work in excavation for making subgrade and prepared surface for base including lead upto 30mt and lift upto 1.5 mt excluding mechanical compaction but including manual compaction and dressing to profile all as specified and directed.

Making subgrade in soling work including watering,compaction and preparation of surface all as directed and specified.

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub grade with brick on end edging according to lines graded and cross section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling watering and rolling the same with three wheel road roller 80-100 KN as per technical specification clause 412.
