Dismantling / breaking / removing by Manual or Mechanical means PCC of all grades with both side plaster, in cement mortar & other finishes [if any] for formation of trenches & other miscellaneous works including collecting & stacking neately; all serviceable materials [such as aggregates & reinforcement steel etc.] in sectional store at Kaiga Site, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform [if required], collecting & disposing the generated & costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.

Removing by chisteling / hammering / breaking of Burnt Bricks /CC Block Masonry/RR masonry work by Manual/Mechanical means with both side plaster, concrete, in cement mortar & other finishes if any etc. including collecting, shifting, loading, carriage,unloading & stacking the serviceable materials in Civil Sectional Store at Kaiga, cleaning the work area and disposing the debris etc., upto a lead of 2000 meters outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights/ lifts.

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, plinth works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & leaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. NOTE: OPC 43 grade cement shall be used.

Providing and laying approved make high yeild strength deformed Reinforcement bars of all dia meters confirming to grade Fe -550/550D of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable guage soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Providing and laying RCC M30 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, Chejjas, Lintels & for all insitu concrete works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & leaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Providing & Constructing R. R. Providing and laying 230 mm thick Stone Soling below floor & foundations bed etc. using hard, durable & approved quality stones, rubbles, filling interstices using small size stones, stone chips, murum & watering [to fill uip all gaps] etc. including preparation of base properly, levelling, dressing & hand ramming, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with approved C. C. Solid Blocks of size 400 X 200 X 200 mm , having crushing strength not less than 45Kgs/cm2 and confirming to the BIS 2185 part-I of the latest edition, in CM 1:5 for foundation [plinth, drains, walls & repair works etc.] & superstructure [walls & repair works etc.] and all other miscellaneous masonry works for foundation & superstructure etc. Including simultaneous flush pointing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, Curing, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying Internal Cement Plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:5 to the masonry & concrete surfaces [new, old repair & rectification] etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing, laying concrete & in position / Placing of RCC Pre-Cast drain Slabs / drain Covers made out of RCC 1:2:4 casting with slots / as directed by the Engineer-in-charge] of 75 mm. thickness including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating, leveling, smooth finishing the all exposed faces, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork curing properly, Providing and tying reinforcement Steel Bars for RCC pre-cast covers / slabs of approved quality [Fe-500 steel bars shall be confirming to the BIS 1786 - of the latest edition] sealing the joints in CM 1:2, Stacking of debris upto lead of 1000 mtrs. etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations. Providing & laying NP3 Class, RCC, Hume Pipes of 300 mm dia.[of superior 1st quality, of standard make & confirming relevent BIS specification of latest edition] including lowering, levelling, aligning to the true line & level, jointing the Pipes in CM 1:2 using jute & cement slurry, making the joint/s fully water tight, curing,, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base [before laying pipes] & jointing pipes, pipes shall be free from the cracks & any damages, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 2000mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts.

Providing and Laying HDPE 2" dia pipe of 3mm th, collecting Fibre Optic cables from dept. main store and laying it inside the HDPE 2" dia pipe, in the excavated trenches as per site requirement & as instructed by Engineer-in-charge , preparation of base by levelling, cleaning, curing, collecting & disposing the generated waste, construction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning of work area, etc. Complete all as per standard & manufactures technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. Note: Only Fibre Optic cables shall be provided from Departmental Main store.

Supply of 600 mm dia GI punched tape Concertina Coil [each coil weight shall not be less than 7.00 Kgs (+/- 5%) as per standard technical specification, as per drawing [if any], as per manufacturers standard technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights & lifts.

Providing and fixing of wooden wall panelling over the GI channel gridwork, consisting of 12MM thick marine plywood, 4MM thick veneer with Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed: 1] The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 no. 2] Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3] On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4] On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
