M & L for 895 mm thick 90-100 kgs rubble stone of average size 350mm (unit weight for rubble stone 1600 Kg/cum) Supply, transport, dumping of 90 to 100 kg rubble stone boulder from quarry located at Tirunelveli complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick Sand filling under PCC, hard standing, ramp, floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 500 GSM woven type Geotextile layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm stone aggregate Cement concrete in floor and ramp, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 400 micron ( 0.4mm thick) HDPE sheet of virgin quality of minimum weight not less than 0.40 kg / Sqm included with all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm stone aggregate Cement concrete as in coving concrete around the ramp portion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa,aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017 coarse aggregate of clean ,hard,strong dense non Porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or or gravel fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360kg/Cum of blended cement/OPC as per design mix of under water concreting with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15-40 micron minimum melting temperature as 240 degree centigrade and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid spread and manually/ form paver and compacted by needle vibrator by compound spray used for curing recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by GE . Surface to be sprayed manually with curing compound as per specifications/ spray rate given by manufacturer of compound Note : The rate of curing compound deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

M & L dowel bar/tie bar for expansion joints for CRS TMT bars 16mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for dowel bar, sleevs, columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified in IIT Chennai Drawing and directed by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3mm soon after the concrete has set, upto depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges,joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air.Joint shall be made dry,vaccum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealent. Placing of closed cell,medium denisty, crossed linked. polyethylene foam backup rod of 8mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of joint and filled with marine under water sealent as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and as directed by GE.

Supply only Steel sheet piles of shaped profiles of section (KIPL -Z sheet piles of size 700mmx420mm X 10mm thick & weight not less than 96.5 Kg per metre or 137.90 kg per Sqm or any other section as in cofferdam is to be driven mechanically all as specified. Noted: 1. Weight only shall be measured and paid 2. The mechanical driving of sheet pile is measured and paid seperately under item No.12 below.

S&F High Strength and flexible Geo mattress 100 mm thickness (or closest thickness thereto as per manufacturers' specifications) to be laid on top of each other for a total thickness of 900mm post filling with specialized cement grout as recomended by manufacturer/ given in mix dsign and as vetted by IIT-Madras & Drawing attached for protecting the PCC Ramp structure from sea erosion control . The geo textile mainly woven by PP and /or PET yarns are able to accommodate in the sea bed and Geo Mattress anchored with suitable material as recommened by manufacturer all as specified and directed . Note: The rate of Cement mortar filled in GEO Textile mattress and anchoring material are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.

M&L Mobilising the equipment for Erection and fixing the sheet piles profile (i.e 6.0m length each) with vibro hammer or any other method including necessary locking arragements all required driven to the required depth/till the depth of refusal in any type of soil/soft disintegrated rock including dewatering completely water inside the enclosure of cofferdam to facilitate the works to be carried for ramp and removal of the sheet piles completely from the site after the works are completed and all as specified.

M&L for Geo textile sand bags (Bag shall be geo textile & filled with sand weighing 45 kg per bag) upto a depth of 3m below sea level and average 1m wide at top of cofferdam (to a thichness 300mm ) as directed by GE.
