Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n. exc. 1.50m deep for taking out/ laying cables, CI/ GI/ DI/ HDPE pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50 m deep for taking out/ laying cables, CI/ GI/ DI/ HDPE pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out following unserviceable CI/GI/PPR/UPVC/DI/HDPE water main from trenches/walls/ floors including fittings / fixtures like bend, Tee, Union, Elbow etc with socketed ends and lead joints including burning out joints and complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade including provision of all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc. laid in trenches, fixed to walls or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 20 mm bore UPVC pipe (Sch 40 ) with screw, socket joints with all fittings/ fixtures like bends etc. laid in trenches, making alterations in existing/ new pipes as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete in making good to damaged portion of road/ hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L detection of leakage in 80mm dia CI/ DI water main by necessary excavation in any type of soil in any situation including bailing out leakage water by suitable means, repairs to pipe line by burning lead joint occurring at site including cutting, threading for addition/ alteration for insertion of fittings including necessary joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 900mm x 900mm x 1050mm suitable for valves upto 200mm size including 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, including necessary excavation and earth work including provision of MS sheet cover of thickness not less than 2.80mm on 50mm x 50mm x 6.0mm angle iron frame with locking arrangement, including painting MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old damaged valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication and replacement of cover for valve pit of inner dimensions 750mm x 750mm fabricated out of MS sheet of thickness 2.00mm with frame fabricated out of 50mm x 50mm x 6.0mm thick angle iron with locking arrangement including painting MS surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including repair to brick work as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 53.00 above but for valve pit of inner dimensions 1000mm x 1000mm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n. exc. 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil including cutting of grass vegetation around pump house and removing excavated material (soil) and rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.
