The oil change includes draining the existing engine oil-17ltr and refilling the engine with of fresh engine oil 17ltr the oil filter (1 unit). Cleaning the fuel tank to remove any sediment and debris. Drained old fuel, flushed the tank cleaned fuel lines, filters and injectors to ensure optimal fuel flow and engine performance. Replacement of damaged hydraulic hose assy. length 10 ft (3.05 m) working pressure 4800 psi (330bar), constructed from 4-spiral wire reinforced synthetic rubber hose, conforming to SAE 100R12/EN856 standards. Hose ends shall be crimped steel fittings of appropriate size and thread type (BSP/JIC/ORFS) pressure tested at 1.5 X working pressure (7200 psi). Repair to the blade of the machine by way of extracting out damaged parts making use of gas cutting and strengthening/straightening of arms, cutting of old damaged pins and p/f of new pins dismantling of old worn-out cutting edges from the blade .p/f of new cutting edges 20mm thickness of mild steel by drilling holes on the MS plates and fitting them on the blades by p/f of new nuts, bolts and washers Complete job including cost of material carriage and labour charges and the job includes cost of painting and letter writing.
