Event of Wings 2026 Civil Works at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad. SH Improvement to existing horticulture features on both side of approach roads to terminal building

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying of good earth if needed. (Thecost of sludge, manure and good earth shall be paid for separately).

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs,herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages & creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required), top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide, lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/plants shall be provided by the department.)Prestigious offices

Complete maintenance of trees (out side garden features) jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc. (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) as per direction of officer-in-charge.Trees for 250 Nos. / (upto 3 years of age)

Complete maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval including weeding, watering, prunning and application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer Per Plant/ in charge. (1 Mali for 500 Nos. Shrubs)

Maintenance of potted plant Earthen pot in displayed at ground floor only in bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (500 Nos x 24 months).

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50 mt. lead and as per direction of officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge

Pruning of trees with multiple branches of large canopy upto height of 6 meters and upto 8 meters from ground level including disposal of pruned branches out side the periphery of pruning and shaping trees canopy in appropriate shape as directed by the officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged by contractor).

Supplying of Organic manure (Vermi compost) packed in 50 kg standard plastic bag from any Govt/Forest Nursery or its equivalent make.

Supplying of Neem Oil cake packed in 50 kg plastic bag from any approved make.

Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing, stacking and Displaying Poinsettia dwarf multi head, having 25 to 30 cm ht., with 5 to 7 branches with fully coloured top with fresh & healthy foliage well developed in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Marigold jaffri french orange/yellow/ Russet colour well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 60 to 75 flowers in bloom specimen 60 to 75 cm ht in 30 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing, stacking and Displaying Areca palm having ht. 1.50 m to 1.80 m with 6 to 8 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Areca palm having ht. 0.90 m to 1.20 m with 6 to 8 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Money Plant Broad Leaves mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 plants in each pot, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves in size of 25 cm Earthen pot / Plastic potand as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing, stacking and Displaying Philodendron Ceylon gold having ht. 30 cm to 45 cm with 8 to10 leaves, well developed, fresh & healthy bright colour leaves in 15 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Provision of job work (seasonal works) for Garden features at airport premises and other unexpected emergency works which are unsusceptible for measurement) including all necessary tools and equipments etc., complete as per direction of officer-in-charge.
