Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing Pre-construction anti-termite treatment using chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate 20 % with 1 % concentration as per specifications. Note: The contractor shall furnish from the agency carrying out this work under this item a written guarantee in favour of NPCIL for the satisfactory performance of the treatment for a period of ten years.

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) , mixing in a mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness on prepared surface and compacting etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 using hard granite stones including hammer dressing the stones, providing bond stones as per specifications ,raking out the joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

In foundation and basement

Providing and laying M20/M25 Design mix concrete with cement content up to 350kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification.

Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works including scaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces)

Providing cutting ,bending placing and tying mild steel, high yield steel reinforcement in RCC works including providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2, binding wires etc.complete at all elevations as per drawings and specifications including dewatering wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and constructing brick masonry in CM 1:6, using country bricks, including scaffolding, curing and racking out joints etc complete as per specifications and drawings.In superstructure above plinth at all elevations.

Providing cement plaster for the internal faces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick using River sand finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing cement plaster for the ceiling with 6 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using River sand at all elevations including hacking and preparing the surface, scaffolding, finishing, curing etc all complete as per drawings and specifications

Plastering of external faces of brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick using River sand including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves, plaster bands, border, keystone etc wherever required all as per drawings and specifications

Supplying, manufacturing and Fixing frames and architraves for windows, ventilators, cupboards etc., with approved quality Malaysian Vengai wood of required sizes fixed in masonry/concrete with three numbers of MS holdfasts of size 40mm width x 5mm thick & 300 mm long on each side of the frame or providing fischer screws of required length for column portions wherever required all as directed, for the various sizes of structural openings including making necessary rebate/stopper for Fixing shutters as per drawings and specifications

Supplying and Fixing of Flush Doors of Solid core type confirming to IS : 2202, 32MM TO 35 mm thick single leaf chemically treated and seasoned WOOD, core is framed in treated and seasoned wooden battens and strengthened by a layer of cross-bands, face veneers encompass both sides of the core, bonded with phenol formaldehyde resin and permanent type preservatives, under the cross-bonding process and internally lipped with treated wood for various structural openings including providing and Fixing of fixtures and fittings as per relevant IS such as Aluminium D handles 150mm 2 Nos, 300mm long 16mm dia Aluminium Aldrop 1 No, 300mm long tower bolt 1 No, 150mm long tower bolt 1 No., Magnetic Catcher 1 No, 50mm bush 1 No & door stopper 1 No etc and Fixing the Flush door with the 4 Nos of 125 mm hinges provided in the door frame all as per the drawings and specifications.

Providing and Fixing window/ventilator shutters made of 70 x 30 mm size frames with approved quality Malaysian Vengai wood for shutter frame and shutters using 18mm thick approved quality Malaysian Vengai wood boards with required designs etc including cost of fixtures and fittings as per relevant IS etc., complete.(Aluminium tower bolts 100mm 2Nos., Aluminium Handle 75mm 1No,200 mm Aluminium peg stay 1No, SS hinges 100mm long-2 Nos per shutter are to be provided)

Providing, fabricating and erection of Structural steel members made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant IS etc., including cost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required and providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate yellow primer etc., as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying Acrylic Emulsion paint of Asian paints (Premium Emulsion)/Lewis Berger (Rangoli) /ICI Dulux (Super smooth)/Matex gold of NIPPON make of approved shade in two or more coats over a coat of primer including preparation of surface with required coats of putty using Birla/ JK make, sand papering etc., to get good finish at all elevations etc all as per as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying Exterior Emulsion Paint of Apex of Asian paints/Weather cote of Lewis Berger /Weather shield of ICI Dulux/Sumo Xtra of NIPPON make & shade in two or more coats to give an even shade over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions to the external plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. at all elevations, complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying two coats of First Quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian paints/ Lewis Berger/ ICI Dulux/NIPPON/NEROLAC make of approved colour over a coat of primer on new wood / steel work, suitably prepared for receiving the paint by surface scraping, rubbing applying filler etc., including cost of filler primer, paint etc all complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing, Fixing and testing PVC rain water pipes of 110 mm dia as per IS-13592 of Type A of "Prince/Jain/ Kitec/Finolex/Supreme" make with necessary fittings and fixtures, such as bottom shoe, PVC grating, GI clamps, screws/nails, wooden packing pieces at minimum 1 m spacing, cost inclusive of Fixing the shoes in brick masonry in CM 1:6 and plastering the same with CM 1:4 etc complete all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and laying 20mm thick (+-2mm) polished Natural granite slab of approved colour as below, for platform/flooring/wall cladding and other surfaces as directed with all exposed surfaces buffed, making half/full round nosing, set over a base of cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick neatly pointed with white cement and colouring pigments to match the shade of the stone as per the requirement, curing, rubbing, polishing, etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Granite Slab : Sadarhalli

Providing and laying 20mm thick (+-2mm) polished Natural granite slab of approved colour for name board including writing by engraving, painting etc. as per required etc., with all exposed surfaces buffed, set over a base of cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick neatly pointed with white cement/black oxide and colouring pigments to match the shade of the stone as per the requirement, curing, rubbing, polishing, etc complete as per specifications and as per drawings and specifications

Providing and Fixing 20mm thick Exterior grade designer tiles of approved colour and design over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 laid and pointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigments to match with the shade of the tile including rubbing, curing, in Staircases (both tread & riser), Walkway areas, Entrances etc., as per drawings and specifications

Providing and making RCC roof mother slab/sunken slab water proof by injection grout with the approved compound of SIKA/BASF/ROFF/FOSROC/ Dr.Fixit/ Bostic India make as per the manufacturers procedure/ specification by providing one water proofing membrane system by brush application as water proofing barrier for both slab and inner face of parapet/side wall including water testing by ponding for minimum 7 days and providing joint guarantee for water tightness for 10 years (This item may be got executed by specialized water proofing agents duly approved by NPCIL and 10 years joint guarantee for water proofing is required to be submitted).

Supply and laying one course of pressed cement tiles 20 mm thick of 250mmX250mm size as per IS:1237 of latest version, laid over the roof slab over a base of 20mm thick CM 1:4 and joints pointed neatly in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing admixture of approved make etc complete all as per drawings and specifications

Providing drip moulds of CM 1:4, 25mm thick on edges of sunshades including finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete as per the standard specifications.

Providing Rain water harvesting pit as per the drawing.

Providing and Fixing in position 24 guage G.I. Chicken mesh of 150 mm wide in between the junction of column/beams with masonry by placing the mesh with nailing etc before at all elevations etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and Fixing Terracotta jally of 75mm thick of approved size and pattern including chasing the masonry/concrete if required and Fixing with CM 1:3 true to line and plumb & making good the surfaces, curing etc. at all elevations, complete all as per drawings and specifications

Dismantling the existing old works at all levels including required scaffolding , tools, labours, disposal of unserviceable materials up to a lead of 2.00 Km etc complete as per drawings and specifications

RCC works including cutting the reinforcement bars with required machineries etc

Brick masonry

IPS/Mosaic flooring/Cuddappah /Tiles/Marble/Granite etc

Providing chemical anchoring for Reinforcement in concrete as per manufacture specifincations using HILTI or approved eqivalent, including surface preparation by completely removing and laitance and dust by grit blasting/hard wire brushing,including tools and tackles etc., as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. Complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.(Reinforcement will be measured separatly under the relevant item)

Providing and laying M40 grade 80 mm thick interlocking precast concrete pavers blocks as pr relevant IS of approved shape over a profiled layer to the required line, pattern etc., all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and filling /spreading Crusher sand 30mm thick (compacted thickness) for preparation of base to lay interlocking precast concrete paver blocks including, leveling, placing, to the required slope, compacting with roller etc complete as per drawings and specifications. (Payment shall be made only for compacted thickness)

Providing and laying crushed stone aggregate bed of 60mm thick (compacted thickness) for preparation of base to lay interlocking precast concrete paver blocks using 12 mm down graded stone aggregate including, leveling, placing, to the required slope, compacting with roller etc as per drawings and specifications. (Payment shall be made only for compacted thickness)

LDB : Supply and erection of 12 way single phase distribution board complete with interconnection Copper busbar, Neutral bar, Earth bar, top and bottom removable gland plates with knockout, and double door with the following 25A 2P RCCB (30 mA ) - 1 no, 20A/16A/6A SP MCB - 10 Nos(Make:Legrand/havells) Scope includes construction of pedestal cubicle and supply of necessary electrical components, hardwares for fixing the panel etc. to complete the work in all respect.

PRIMARY WIRING:- For lighting, ceiling fan, bulkhead fitting and exhaust fan points, supply and wiring for point with two + one (earth-green) runs of 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3)1100V grade FRLS insulated single core multi strand Copper conductor wire (without joint) drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of supplying and laying of PVC conduits while concreting), complete with angle / batten lamp holder or ceiling rose, 5 Amps modular type Legrand Mylinc/ MK India /Schneider make switch including pulling the wire from existing switch box to lighting point through the conduit and connecting at both ends.(The box, grid plate and the cover plate for the switch has been covered elsewhere.). All items such as 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) Copper FRLS insulated wire(make:polycab/finolex,Havells), 6 Amps switch, 3 Plate ceiling rose, hylam sheet for JBs, necessary electrical components for wiring works (wherever applicable) shall be supplied by the contractor as per the requirement, specification (Approximate length 13Mtr )

SECONDARY WIRING :- For lighting, 6A sockets supply and wiring for point with two + one (earth-green) runs of 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3)1100V grade FRLS insulated single core multi strand Copper conductor wire (without joint) drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of supplying and laying of PVC conduits while concreting), complete with angle / batten lamp holder or ceiling rose, 5 Amps modular type Legrand Mylinc/ MK India /Schneider make switch including pulling the wire from existing switch box to lighting point through the conduit and connecting at both ends.(The box, grid plate and the cover plate for the switch has been covered elsewhere.). All items such as 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) Copper FRLS insulated wire(Make:Polycab/finolex/Havells), 6 Amps switch, 3 Plate ceiling rose, hylam sheet for JBs, necessary electrical components for wiring works (wherever applicable) shall be supplied by the contractor as per the site requirement.

Fan control Primary point wiring: Primary point wiring for fan control including fixing of 6A switch,400W modular step type regulator,ceiling rose,wiring from switch to ceiling rose etc. (Make:Legrand Mylinc/ MK India /Schneider)

Power point wiring : 16A Power switch & sockets (2 switches+2 sockets in switch board) in seperate switchboard: Supply, installation of 16A, 5 pin socket & switch outlet including supply of 16A 5 pin socket and SP switch modular type. Legrand Mylinc/ MK India /Schneider/Anchor panasonic/GM make (switch & socket separate type). One end of the earthing wire to be connected at the third pin of 16A socket and the another end to be connected at the earth bar in the Distribution Board. Scope includes supply of modular socket and switch, 4 module GI box with base ,cover plate and accessories with point wiring of 3 runs of 4 sq.mm copper wire for 16A-6A , 6 in 1 socket. .

DB to Switch Board wiring :Supply, installation and wiring(Make:Polycab/finolex,Havells) of 3R x 4sqmm Cu for FRLS insulated each core multistrand with 1100V Copper wire, drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of supplying and laying of PVC conduits while concreting) from MCB DB to various switch boards as circuit mains and switch board to switch board looping. The termination shall be done by using crimping type Copper lugs of Dowells make, suitable modular type switch box supply by contractor scope.

EARTH PIT :Supply and installation of Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick, including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

EARTHING : Supplying, laying & Termination with suitable legs,connector,clamp 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Tube light LED: Supply and installation of LED tube light fitting 230V, 20W. (Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips)

Area light LED: Supply and installation of LED light fitting 230V, 60W. Light fitting around the building(Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips)

Bulk head LED: Supply and installation of 9W LED bulk head light fitting with lamp.(Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips)

Ceiling fan: Supply and installation of energy saving ceiling fans 1200mm sweep high speed , electronic Stepped type modular Fan requlator, including assembling, supplying and providing 3 core x 1.0 sq.mm flexible copper cable, hanging rod shall be of length 1.5mtr/2mtr (according to roof elevation) and painted suitably.
